Someone posted a comment on the youtube that they were bound for South Korea in a legit shipment. No idea.
Saw it. Apparently the missiles were legitimately being sold to South Korea by Germany, not China.
That is the Democrat backup plan. The democrats are all Socialist and want a Dictatorship for America.
Apparently, those were German Patriot missiles being sold to South Korea, another Patriot user. This was part of an arms deal between the two nations in ‘07. The South Koreans made a screw up with the shipping company, and the the missiles, though South Korean bound, were being routed through Shanghai.

As best I figure, it was due to cost. Germany had large stockpiles of Cold War era Patriots left over after the collapse of the Soviet Union, so the South Koreans likely decided to try and get those missiles instead for a lower price.

From what I read (take that with a grain of salt) the guidance package and software was an older model, and not what you could pick off the shelves, brand new from Raytheon.
