Despite the steady stream of negative economic numbers, conservative Washington Post columnist George Will thinks that President Barack Obamas election prospects arent so dire.
All of the numbers say that the president wont be, Will said of the President Obamas election prospects on ABCs This Week Sunday. But if the president carries the John Kerry states, he has 245 electoral votes. He needs 25 more. Dont count the president out.
ABC political analyst Cokie Roberts went further, saying that she thinks the odds are in favor of the presidents reelection.

The problem with the republican elite is they are inbred and no longer bright enough to find their way out of a paper bag.
He's running against Reagan's record.
All of the GOP loves Obama. why is it so hard for everyone to grasp? They put on a show for the idiot voters in both parties and behind closed doors all agree w each other.
Anyone still buying into this two party bs is delusional.
Obama is running against history, a subject he doesn’t understand.
George F. Will has been gelded.
He doesn’t want to lose his TV gig. So he “moderates” his message. It’s that simple
Will is just a watered down version of Bill O Reilly.
They have not loyalty to anyone, but their over inflated egos.
We need a whole slew of new (actual) Conservative talking heads in Washington, D. C.
These enablers are killing our nation. They’ve got it by the throat and are squeezing as hard as they can, every bit as destructive to our nation as the most ardent Leftists.
Krystal, Krauthammer, Will, these clowns are for the most part political eunuchs.
Just another version of ANIMAL FARM. Only the political party names have been changed to protect the guilty.
George has finally reached menopause.
Say hello to Peggy Noonan and Ann Coulter.
Krauthammer is up next.
Given the unappealing GOP candidates and the overall stupidity to the Republican Party, I fear Will (whom I loathe) may be right.
We have one party and about half of another one.
The RINO’s may as well be Democrats and they are about half of the Republican party.
“..They have not loyalty to anyone, but their over inflated egos..”
::::::::::::::
And their over inflated pay checks which they are willing to do ANYTHING TO ANYONE OR THEIR COUNTRY to keep.
Massachusetts Senator Kerry carried New Hampshire, Maine and Pennsylvania. Is Obama likely to carry New Hampshire, Maine and Pennsylvania in 2012? I'm a little bit skeptical about that assumption.
LOL! You have that right! We actually pay them to help destroy America.
Other than a few scattered house repubs and a few senators, most f the GOP in DC loves Obama. I am convinced of it.
there is one party in this country - the statist thugocracy party.
Yes, George and Cokie, we know Obama walks into election day with a minimum 240 EV in his hip pocket before the first vote is officially counted. We don`t need the stark reminder once again...we get it.
I think he is right, but not for the reasons he cites.
Obama’s reelection is probable because none of the false beliefs that got 69 million people to vote for him in 2008 have improved, indeed, many of them have gotten worse.
The ONLY way to take him down is to relentlessly ATTACK him politically and personally, every day.
There is no one who wants the gig who is capable of this, IMO, and the organized GOP actively recoils from the very idea.
Let’s just stick to his baseball books...
“All of the numbers say”- he’s hearing the talking numbers again.
