Dozens of teens and teachers froze as they say 40-year-old Ronette Ricketts began viciously stabbing fellow English teacher Cynthia Glozier. 3 wounds to the head, 2 puncture wounds to the neck, a dozen more to her back and body.

Do not overlook the trump, racism card. Its power is awesome, incredible, but reliable.
You left out, "'mon, Ricketts! Keel dat wyatt beeotch!"
Here's a link to a story with more details and a video of the hero. http://larrybrownsports.com/high-school/football-player-break-up-hallway-stabbing-school/105931
Hero football player, Justin Richardson.
To clarify.......it appears to be a predominately black student body at the school......the attacking teacher is black, the victim is white. The principal is a rather young white man, he looks younger than both the teachers involved.
Thank God, the young black male student intervened. He saved someone’s life. He is a hero.
At the end of the video, the reporter intimated that the charges may be increased.
With the action going on, I would wait to get a good look at the weapon...intervening it a knife fight can get you killed. A screwdriver is less deadly. One student knew what to do, that was all they needed. Thank God for him.
Looks like a decent kid from a good family.
Kudos to Mr. Richardson (who sort of looks like Clark Kent in this picture).
it was battery, not assault. rme
And we wonder why it is that blacks are 12% of the population but commit 50% of the murders.
Atheletes in contact sports have a sense of being strong and tough. They develop a sense of determination to physically achieve what they set out to do and have the self confidence to do it. They play knowing they are risking injury to themselves. They are not afraid of pain. They know how to injure opponents. They learn to think and exercise self control while the adrenalin is running high.
My son, a lacrosse player, stepped in to rescue a woman who was being kidnapped in a parking lot. The victim sends him birthday cards on his birthday and thankyou cards on her birthday. She’s married and has three children and was targeted randomly by the perp.
Stabbee.
I agree. Doesn't have a name like Le Romulus Richardson, either. Doesn't try to talk "thug." I bet he goes to a church.
Ricketts, on the other hand, looks like trouble waiting to happen. Attitude written all over her face. Not a happy one.
Black teacher attacking a white teacher.
Certainly not a hate crime.
Eric Holder said this is obviously a racist attempt by the dying white power structure to single out a well liked black teacher and make her appear to be violent on the basis of one isolated incident.
He pointed out that all of the black kids in the school support her and her neighbors said she was a good girl when she was little.
/sarcasm
I thought the same thing.
~ Larry Elder, "The Ten things You Can't Say In America"
Can’t speak directly for New York, but Grand Juries aren’t used in the case of normal criminal charges in my area. They are only convened when the DA needs to conduct an investigation to determine if charges are warranted.
Even in serious murder cases, the DA files charges and there is a preliminary hearing before a judge, although the preliminary hearing is frequently waived by the defendant and the case goes directly to trial or a plea agreement.
The article said that she was to go before a grand jury on Tuesday.
Black on white violence, I’m shocked.
You have got to be so PROUD of your son! Not only did he save the woman’s life but the future three children that she has now. No wonder she sends him cards. She has to think, “If it wasn’t for him, what would have happened?” Bless your son. You did a good job, Mom!
“Centuries ago...”
You caught that one, did you?! LOL! Yes, today I feel like I graduated CENTURIES ago!
