Say Laz, what do you think of Rick as the VP for Newt
or may the Christ forbid, Mitt?
Perhaps he can give Newt some conservative street credibility and keep a Newt Administration on track with the needed Reformation.

I’ll take Rick wherever I can get him. If we get stuck with Mittens as the nominee, at least we will have an advocate to our values with Rick in that VP slot.

I am 100% for Santorum. He's been my guy from day 1 and since everyone else has either already imploded or just plain stinks, I truly think he has a shot if a few important people come out for him (Sarah Palin, are you listening?).
He would make a tremendous president.

Sorry, even Santorum in the VP slot will not convince me to vote for Romney.
At that point, the GOP will have left me and I will be looking for a new party.

Yes. I heard him on Mark Levin’s radio show a couple of weeks ago and was very impressed with his enthusiasm. He is working the crowds very hard in Iowa. Don’t be surprised if he comes out better than what they are predicting.

Santorum is a RINO who voted for ethanol subsidies, Amtrak pork, earmarks for highway travel advisory system, raising debt ceilings, community block development programs and a lot of socialist stuff. He called himself a “progressive conservative” in 1990 and opposed abortion only in the last trimester. He supported Arlen Specter over Pat Toomey.

He called himself a progressive conservative Oh no, not another one of "those".
That's what that faggot mayor from Southaven Mississippi called himself.

I think putting a decent conservative (Rick Santorum) on the ticket with a slick-talking backstabbing liar (Newt or Mitt) is not going to get me to vote for the slick-talking backstabbing liar. Did it once with McCain/Palin and have no desire to repeat the experience. If I was in one of the twelve swing states or so that will decide the election, I'd crawl over broken glass to vote for whoever the GOP runs against Obama. However, I'm in a safe RAT state so there's no reason why I have to hold my nose for a RINO who talked a decent conservative into being his veep.

If only our elected representatives would answer questions as you do, Billy Boy! Next time, not so shy. Tell me your real feelings!
But, I gotta tell you, if Newt triumphs in the primaries and comes out on top, I'm gonna back him! I am looking for Rick (whom I admire) to yank on the right rein.
In a tournament of RINO micturation, IJMHO, both of these guys would come out about even, IMMHO.
