I never thought I would think, say, and act this way—but the unmistakeable feeling is that something evil this way comes.
I am in my late fifties, and I now realize more than ever that my whole life, compared to the history of the world, has been a magical freedom filled parentheses, that may never come again.
Millions of us here will be forced into some very uncomfortable choices, sooner than we can imagine.
So, keep the light on for us.

That is very disturbing. You are right in that there are a lot of frightening things going on while we often focus on trivialities.
