Romney’s position is a lot worse. He would lose the south and his home state of Massachusetts.
Gingrich would win both of his home states by wide margins. Virginia and Georgia are a lock if Newt is the nominee.

Why do you believe that? Maybe in a vacuum but Obama has a record of non-accomplishment to anyone other than the far left and minority voters he already has, so I'm not understanding you conviction.
You may not like them all, but Gingrich has real accomplishments while in a position that mattered.
