Let us collectively make a list. Who do you think will endorse Newt in the next 60 days? Do think Rudy, Sarah, Mark Levin, Cain and Rush will eventually endorse Newt?
Rush doesn’t endorse.
Cain is likely.
Cain already did suggest Newt.
Levin has already said if he were to vote today, he would support Santorum or Bachmann. As stated above, Rush won't endorse. None of it matters in my opinion. They are nice to have, but I don't see somebody switching sides b/c some politician or radio host giving an endorsement.
With Obama Rusty may make an exception.
Former Iowa Congressman Fred Grandy endorsed Newt on Fox News yesterday.
I seriously doubt he would during the primaries, never has before. It brings into question equal time rules that apply to broadcasters.
Rush probably won’t endorse anyone. Rudy, Sarah, Mark Levin, and Cain will endorse Newt. Santorum also, Perry probably, Huntsman ?, Bachmann Hell no, Paul will last a long time, Jindal will.
The real question is: Which of the other candidates will Newt endorse after Super Tuesday.
Neut will...
Mitt Romney...
There’s probably a lot of trepidation in endorsing Gingrich even by those inclined to, considering his known propensity to say something off-the-wall which could blow himself and his campaign up like a big, greasy bomb. At very least, I hope he holds together long enough to deep-six Romney and give the GOP Establishment scumbags severe and intensely painful ulcers.
Rush no, unlike some other commentators he actually knows how to remain neutral. Palin I have no idea any more. Rudy, yes that’s very likely. Trump? Who cares? But I wouldn’t doubt it, it’s rare for him to encounter an ego greater than his own, so he must respect that.
Jack Kimball, an influential Tea Party leader and former Chairman of the New Hampshire GOP New Hampshire Union Leader conservative editorial board!!
On January 20, 2012 Sen. Marco Rubio steps up to the microphone in Tampa to give his endorsement to Speaker Gingrich. Then one year later he will take the oath of office as VPOTUS. Our long national nightmare will have ended.
YOU have a .... strange ... posting history.
I think any endorsements given this early are suspect. Republicans should just let the process play out and then endorse the clear winner going into the general election. Nominations given at this point are just obvious establishment attempts to pick the candidate i.e. Mitt Romney for us.
Good eye, Gramma!
Aha! FINALLY someone recognizes me for.......
