I loved this and had seen him speak of this before. Gingrich is the only candidate who understands the Constitution and its history. Romney was his usual stuttering self. Has he even bothered to read the document??

Congress and the president are fully empowered to limit the jurisdiction of the judiciary (excepting only the original jurisdiction of the supreme court) and have the full power to create or eliminate any court with whatever jurisdiction they so choose.

Is this political? Yes, and is supposed to be, for the politics is the people being able to affect their government through elections and through the actions of their elected representatives.

Gingrich was right on. He exposed the courts for what they have become, liberal lawmakers. The 9th should have been eliminated many years ago and I call most of this court liberal leaning communists.
