I loved this and had seen him speak of this before. Gingrich is the only candidate who understands the Constitution and its history. Romney was his usual stuttering self. Has he even bothered to read the document??
Congress and the president are fully empowered to limit the jurisdiction of the judiciary (excepting only the original jurisdiction of the supreme court) and have the full power to create or eliminate any court with whatever jurisdiction they so choose.
Is this political? Yes, and is supposed to be, for the politics is the people being able to affect their government through elections and through the actions of their elected representatives.
He sure doesn’t sound like a RINO to me, at least in this speech, which is right on!

Couldn’t agree more. Sick of hearing everyones knee-jerk reaction to the media spun talking points about Newt. He’s a conservative, through and through. Yes, he’s got a past ..but he’s TOUGH AS NAILS and SMART AS NAILS — Romney can’t hold a candle to him ... I’m sorry.
