“Authorities say a man who was fatally shot by a deputy after pointing a weapon at the deputy in a threatening manner in Mesa was an undocumented immigrant,” Erisa Nakano of ABC15.com reported last January.
As a deputy approached the driver’s side door, Castellanos rolled down the window and pulled out an AK47 assault rifle and pointed it at the deputy in a threatening manner…
In a December 9 post, blogger The AnarchAngel identifies the deputy as the brother of Noah Antwiler, creator of the popular video game and movie review site “The Spoony Experiment.” The post links to one of Antwiler’s “Tweets” (a text message on the Twitter social networking website), stating:

---arrested for human smuggling (1986) and a denied visa application
---More than a decade later, Castellanos was lawfully admitted to the country as a non-immigrant.
---While Castellanos was in the country unlawfully in 2001, he applied for a visa, which was denied in 2004.
---stopped in Pinal County in April 2010 for speeding and passing cars in the right-hand-turn lane.
ICE agents picked up Castellanos from the traffic stop and took him to a U.S. detention center. Less than two weeks later, he was released from custody after the immigration hearing.
Off topic. Right now, obama is speaking at Ft. Bragg. These guys won’t even LOOK at him. Most of them look downright disgusted.
What I want to know is where do you go to buy an AK47 in the US. The semi auto version I have is fun, but I like to fire auto, and that weapon might be fun.
thanks for heads-up; tuning in now to watch on mute; reminds me of those other photos way back (with comparison photo of Bush with troops). Remember?
Looks like the troops aren’t buying THE VISION the self-proclaimed “one of top four presidents in US history” is selling.
The magic spell isn’t even working on the Dems this go-around. Nearly 50% of them cite “big government” as their number-one fear.
Obama only has one option left -— steal the election.
that’s how they greet one another in MX.
we need to respect cultural differences.
Illegal immigrants who return after deportation commit more crimes, study finds
http://www.latimes.com/news/local/la-me-jail8-2008sep08,0,1103613.story
In L.A. County, 75% of inmates who reenter the U.S. engage in more criminal activity within a year. The rate is less for illegal immigrants who have never been ordered to leave.
Illegal immigrants who have been deported at least once from the United States are far more likely than other immigrants to repeatedly commit crimes, according to a study by the nonprofit Rand Corp.
The data indicated that illegal immigrants, overall, were not a greater crime risk, according to the study, which looked at all inmates released from Los Angeles County Jail for a month in 2002.
But among those who previously had been deported, reentered the U.S. and were arrested and released from jail, nearly 75% went on to commit another crime within a year. And 28% were arrested three or more times during the one-year period.
The recidivism rate was much lower for illegal immigrants who had not been previously deported, with 32% of those inmates being rearrested within a year and 7% arrested three or more times during that year.

“nothing to see here...move along now.”
Stop cluttering our mind with facts. You’re poisoning Holder’s good-bellyfeel efforts to help these illegals get an opportunity to vote.
PS: good info; thanks for link.

A word of very good advice. Never, ever, ever, draw down on an AZ LEO.
One good example was a former Sheriff in Coconino County, which includes Flagstaff. He did not have a large jail, so when it was full up with really *bad* men, the ordinarily *bad* men would just walk around with the Sheriff as he went about his business in town.
They would not look at or say anything to anyone, unless in response to a question or other statement by the Sheriff, and none of them would have dared to run away, as everyone knew that he was a fast, accurate, and deadly shot.
He didn’t even bother to handcuff them.
Liberals would read this article and conclude that the proper conclusion is to never deport anyone so that they won’t return to do bad things. The obvious conclusion is that the only people we bother to deport are some really bad hombres. So “deportation” itself serves as a filter.
More *Fast and Furious/Gunwalker* murder weapons here?
More *Fast and Furious/Gunwalker* murder weapons here?
shocking to ‘learn’ that someone who’s FIRST act in our country is getting and/or in staying here ILLEGALLY would go on to commit more crime.
It boggles my mind that this hasn’t become a national wildfire.
