"The idea this president now, with Iran getting one of our predator drones in their possession, and he had opportunities -- he had two choices. Actually, he had three. He chose the worse. And those two opportunities he had was to either retrieve that drone or to destroy it. And he did the worst of the three. And he did absolutely nothing. And the Russians and the Chinese will have our highly technical equipment now. This president is the problem, not something Newt Gingrich said."

I think Perry got some buzz tonight and I think he did it by staying true to himself.
I've lambasted Perry here on other topics, but on this one, he is DEAD SPOT ON! Take it to Obama - take it FAST, and take it FURIOUSly!
Agree 100%!
The question was bait to get the candidates to attack Gingrich's statement. Santorum & Romney took the bait and embarassed themselves.
Perry deserves credit for this. If he had performed like this from the begininng, he would be in Newt's position in the polls.
Man he's got some "up's"
Bump for later viw.
Bump for later view.
King supports the 10th Amendment, so you need wonder no more.
Nice, very very nice.
Perry is our man. He has the right stuff.
Says it the way it is and gets the job done. He is a true believer in our great country.
No PC cr@p...
While I’m not a Perry-bot by any stretch (leaning to Newt), I wouldn’t write him off on that.. Because there should have been an article about JFK made nearly 50 years ago “JFK Missile Gap Gaffe Shows Unfittness to lead.”
I think you can make the case that “predator” has become almost a generic word for UAVs because they are the ones the public hears about the most.
This doesn’t bother me.
