Candidates: Newt Gingrich, Mitt Romney, Ron Paul, Michele Bachmann, Rick Perry and Rick Santorum.
I have the same impression. Perry has a halting speaking style, certainly can’t debate with Gingrich. But he does have authenticity and showed it well, tonight. I think I could enjoy watching him against Biden in a VP debate. A serious, accomplished governor against a clown VP who runs to Jon Corzine for advice.
Just curious,does obama have any excuse at all for giving our drone to Iran/China? Shouldn’t he have destroyed it at the very least?

And Ronmney has now changed his policy from "attrition thru enforcement" to some silly registration scheme. Newt and Romney are disasters on immigration.
Your comments are well thought out, but Newt’s comment was inappropriate only IF he was interested in being an objective intermediater between the Israelis and the Palistinians. But it looks like Newt thinks there’s no chance for “peace” talks until the Palistinians stop launching missiles, and teaching their kids that murdering Jews is heroic. And there’s additionally no chance if the Palistinians continue to think that Israel is their historic homeland.
Having a strong conservative candidate that has faith IS part of that goal along with kicking the fake president out of OUR white house. I hope we can have both those goals. :)

I think its very apparent that most all of the candidates have improved vastly from their first debates. This was probably a really good idea to have so many debates.It improved the entire lot of candidates,IMHO.
Media’s attempt to hamstring Newt seems to be failing horribly. I think he put Romney in his grave tonight.
Bachmann is just... no. She needs to give up on that discredited autism stuff.
Perry. I think he’s too wounded to make it and he’s very inarticulate. I almost wonder if he had a head injury at some point? I can’t see him having mass appeal.
I’m no fan of Newt but he’s making the most of his opportunity.
Wish Santorum could get more time. He’s the best we’ve got if you care at all about values.
Ron Paul might be our most electable guy, believe it or not. His anti war position can pull liberal votes. He can steal the Obama youth vote too.

You expressed what was on my mind as the fantasy answer but my version was more inflammatory that mentioned rape and sexual harassment.
This was set up against Newt but it was the best thing that could happen to him. Newt gave the perfect answer.
That should be a post for discussion on its own.
It is quickly being mentioned in the news but is a monumental subject.

Newt and Perry did not do well.
Sometimes one party is in fact illegitimate and "negotiating" in bad faith. At what point does one call it for what it is? If one party in the dispute declares the desire for the destruction of the other, is there really room for politesse?
