Various 3-way, rough service etc exceptions as well as Halogens, however all general service incandescents will progressively be banned in USA on EISA 45 W per lumen end-regulation specification.

My local Wal-Mart had 16-packs of Philips 100W soft white bulbs for $3.75 about a week ago. Made in Poland, too, which was nice. I stocked up. I may go grab some more.
Do you think there will be shortages of other wattages from the elimination of the 100s?
