There are instances where you might be right, but please don’t trot out that “women instinctively know” line.

When it comes to men, women can be the most clueless people on the planet.

Of course the same can be said of men, when it comes to their instincts about women.

Both sexes get it part of the time, when it comes to people of the opposite sex. Being married to people is no guarantee of anything.

Wasn’t aware it was a popular ‘line’ as you put it but I don’t buy that she knew ‘nothing’. And I stand by that women “know” when something is amiss.

Women are for more in tune with their husband’s personal patterns than men are with their wives.

Unless the man had a thing for children, prior to meeting her, and was able to hide for her at that point, she would have noticed his changes in how he went about things.

Men are very direct and simple in terms of how they do things.

I would agree that women can be clueless if the man at least tries to be discreet and attempts to hide his infidelities. If he has his affairs on the other side of town.

If he's having sex in the house when the wife is home, that’s an entirely different story.
