I agree America likes a story of redemption. Newt said he ask God for forgiveness. Thats good enough for me. He will have to answer to the ultimate arbiter one day as we all will. I have made mistakes in the past as well with quite a few women. No one is perfect.

I’m sticking to my suspicion that the Perry campaign is responsible for bringing out these women. If they take out Newt, Perry might get back in the game.

I made the remark because of how stupid everything has gotten. Where the heck is the Obama vetting? Yes I would probably vote for almost anyone over Obama. This nation can not survive 4 more years of this current BS.
It will probably work it’s way up to the present time. It can’t do much, as it’s just the 2 of them, and everyone on both sides, pretty much knows who they will vote for anyway. It will be one of the 2, and then we will vote for Obamas’ opponent, regardless of which one it is.

Went searching for any dirt on Obama and here’s what I found. Never heard it before:
“Vera baker is a staffer who worked for Barack Obama during his run for the United States in 2004. Rumor has it that Michelle Obama was complaining about the supposed close friendship between Barack Obama and Vera Baker and before the public knew it, she was transferred to work at the Caribbean on the island of Martinique.
The story goes as following: Vera Baker was Obama’s Finance Director for his 2004 Senate campaign and made a good buck doing so. Although those who followed the campaign, Claire Serdiuk was known as the finance director on all the postings, but strangely Vera Baker was paid too for the same position but not listed. According to reports Michelle Obama became very angry about something and all of a sudden Vera Baker was relocated to New York. It is said that Michelle was EXTRA angry about something, but it was not specified as to what in the media. And then, not very long after relocating to New York, Vera Baker found herself on the island of Martinique.
The Daily Mail who released the name of the woman has since then said the claim is unsubstantiated but there is a quite a bit of story to go along with what we don’t know. Could this mean that a major American newspaper company will be covering this story right before election? Rumor of Obama’s adultery will most likely have an adverse effect on the election and could come up as the big ‘October Surprise’. What’s even stranger is the fact that this was brought up by bi-partisan Democrats, not republicans at the Daily Mail. Hmmm...strange no?”

Again, I’m calling this an Axelrod/Plouffe activity. They really want Mittens as the Pubbie candidate. To them, Cain and Gingrich are low-hanging fruit.
Startegically, you might ask, if the Regime has this kind of info on a candidate, why not wait to use it in the general? Because they really want Mittens to be the candidate. We have seen here on FR that a Mittens candidacy in the general will provide (1) a demoralized conservative/Tea Party and (2) a large portion of the conservative electorate sitting out giving Obamugabe another term.
As for Cletus? I have given no money to anyone exept FR and currently am not settled on any of the candidates (except for NoRomney). If NoRomney is the candidate, I won’t decide my vote until early Nov. 2012.
Concur. I don’t doubt for a second that Newt actually did the things he’s being accused of. Regardless of how good a debater he is, these things will come out. Certainly they will come out during the General Election ‘cause the MSM isn’t going to cover for Newt like they would for a Democrat. Eventually, some journalistic heavyweight will ask Newt about this point blank in an on-camera interview. At that time, he’s either going to have to answer truthfully or squirm—neither will look good.
