Yet Emergency Rooms are forced to treat everyone that walks through the door for free.
Would the Fire Department let the House burn if somebody was still inside? I think not.
Yet, how did they know there was nobody inside, because somebody told them there wasn't? What if that information was wrong? Would they be tried for Manslaughter?

It was a moble home. Even IF the guy had paid the firefighters would not have been able to do much or anything to "save" the home. A trailer has a fire and it is junk even if it does not "burn to the ground".
