Feds sue San Diego hospital over immigrant workers

The U.S. Justice Department said Tuesday that it has sued a major San Diego hospital, saying it discriminated against immigrant employees and job applicants.

The department said UCSD Medical Center demanded excessive documentation from non-citizen job applicants and employees to prove they were eligible to work.

The lawsuit contends the hospital discriminated against.... non-citizen applicants and hires..... from January 2004 through June 2011.

So who in Washington brought this to the surface?..I doubt the applicants did since apparently they are illegals. Might be the Mexican authorities in WAshington who “safegard” their citizens here and can’t hardly wait for opportunites to sue.

Let me get this straight. If you hire illegal immigrants the .gov will raid your place of work and fine you or worse. If you check too closely to make sure you do not get raided with .gov employess with guns you get fined or sued by the same .gov. I have a solution. Everyone quit hiring anyone.

I was reading Reagans sons book today where he mentioned one of the congressmen stating that those in the I Bama administration are privately saying they are really only overseeing the decline of the USA....of which I’ll add they are certainly doing more than teir share to move it along and take it down!

hate to sound conspiritorial, but somewhere along the line, there was a coup d’etat that even preceeds the current Obama reign of terror. Clearly those running things have absolutely no concern for the well being of the nation. Everyday it’s just one sellout after another.

You are correct. I was brought up to believe that anyone who believed in ‘conspiracy theories’ needed a tin foil hat.

However, during ‘unplanned’ time off since 9-11, I’ve had too much free time to explore what was going wrong in this country. I came upon information on the NWO, etc. It wasn’t easy to accept, but suddenly all those things that made no sense fell in place - flooding the county with illegal aliens and guest workers, giving them all kinds of freebies, ceding some of national parks to gangs who traffic in drugs and people, the denigration of our basic christian culture and anglo-saxon work ethic, no serious effort to secure our borders, no real attempt to give immigration the tools it needs for accurate timely assessments, often no real choice between the two major parties - only the ‘lesser of two evils’, etc.

Goldwater, McCarthy, and Birch were correct after all. We are and have been dealing with an 'enemy within'. The communists changed tactics from a frontal assault to a more insidious one and joined up with the Islamists to bring down the US and its pesky middle class. For years the destruction being wrought was hidden by access to cheap electronic toys made by neo-slaves and cheap credit.

Zero is just completing the work toward a New World Order accelerated by Bush-I, and continued by Clinton and Bush-II (not the only culprits, but the most recent ones). I suspect the top of the conspiracy is a relatively small number of individuals who are very patient, flexible, and use the weaknesses of human nature to pursue their agenda (e.g. politicians on both sides of the aisle corrupted by greed and power)..

IMHO free enterprise and capitalism have been replaced by crony capitalism / corporatism / fascism.

The enemy within has been very successful in creating a story for the ‘left’ about economic, social, educational, and environmental ‘justice’, sustainability, concensus and a story for the ‘right’ about ‘free trade’, 'comparative advantage', free movement of goods and natural persons, and 'profits uber alles' with no reference to patriotism or morality. Both stories lead to the same place - destruction of the American economy, security, traditional culture, values and its pesky middle class under the tyranny of global communism.

Simple Solution::

We are very sorry we angered the Federal Government by asking for Proper Documents to verify the Eligibility for these people to Legally Work in the United States. As of this Morning We are CLOSING OUR DOORS. All Assets are being sold piecemeal to other Health Care institutions as we speak. Don’t worry I am sure the Federal Government will help you in the Future.
