Of course how else are they going to have a military full queers with the Bible making it more difficult?.. so it must be eliminated.

But what really surprises me is how meekly, cowardly the response of our "religious institutions" have been... beginning with my own (culturally). Are you telling me that all these religious institutions can not organize and present some opposition?...

Yes, the state-endorsed denominations are under the 1954 LBJ law which permits a tax-exempt status to the politically silent. They can’t be involved politically without risking that status. Of course, many of the ministers are on the left too and/or don’t like to make waves. They just preach about the “love” of God and not the other side of the coin.
