Then, you have little faith in Cain’s judgement...doesn’t say much about Cain

Perry got money before he tattooed “I can destroy the Republican Party in 60 seconds” on his chest.

He still has some of it left.

He’s an embarrassment, his supporters are the worst, and have been since they arrived in the summer.

Cain was polling above Perry, why didn’t Perry quit?

Had no right to ask those two questions. My apology Fred. I asked out of turn.

I don’t quite see the attraction for voting for dumb people, either.

Cain was my candidate. After him, I will vote 3rd party. If it’s a vote for Obama, it is what it is. Maybe the GOP should select a nominee more worthy of a vote next time.

I guess I should consider myself lucky that I live in a blue state and my vote doesn’t count, therefore I don’t have to vote for Gingrich if, God forbid, he becomes the nominee.

He's an untrustworthy weasel who speaks in grandiose adverbial superlatives.

I prefer: "He's a master of polysyllabic sesquipedalianism."

Your vote is a worthless Perot. You do not have any sense of what is happening. Vote for Reagan why don’t you.

Perry appears to be the one true conservative in the Goldwater mold of all the candidates in the race.

Sarah Palin agrees.

"All these candidates have strengths. Rick Perry and his 2nd Amendment support and that's indicative of he being a constitutional conservative who understands that the Federal Government cannot take away the rights that are inherent, written out very clearly in our Constitution."

"At the end of the day it will be that GOP Constitutional Conservative candidate who we do need to support. We need to back this person up."

Source-Sarah Palin Interview with Sean Hannity-Dec.1,2011

Sarah Palin had comments about Cain,Romney,Gingrich,Perry,Santorum,Paul and Bachman. Her remarks were complimentary of all the candidates, with added praise for Rick Santorum.

The only candidate she referred to specifically as a "constitutional conservative" was Rick Perry.

Recent poll showed Gingrich surging with many of the Tea Party voters. Also, check this out..

http://www.reteaparty.com/2011/11/17/poll-watcher-gingrich-rides-tea-party-surge-obama-trails-romney-in-n-h/
Gingrich rides tea party surge — Newt Gingrich has climbed above 20 percent support for the first time in CNN/ORC and Fox News polls released this week, two points shy of Mitt Romney in the CNN poll and holding a non-significant one-point edge in the Fox poll. Gingrich’s support peaks at 35 percent among tea party supporters in the Fox poll, twice as many who supported him in October (17 percent).
Despite catapulting to the top tier, just 8 percent of Republican primary voters in the Fox poll say Gingrich is the most likeable candidate. Romney (26 percent) and Herman Cain (25) lead on this measure. Experience may overwhelm charm. Nearly eight in 10 Republicans say Gingrich has the experience to serve effectively as president, compared with just 47 percent who say the same about former frontrunner Cain. Gingrich is also seen as the most trustworthy candidate with nuclear weapons, another indicator that he is seen as a seasoned operator.

Another high profile Tea Party endorsement for Newt
Tea Party Nation founder Judson Philips announced today in a blog post that he is endorsing Newt Gingrich for President.
In his post, Philips outlines his criteria for choosing a candidate:

In choosing who is my candidate, there are some criteria I look at. First, the candidate must be electable. We can have the best candidate in the world but if they are unelectable, it does not matter. The candidate must be conservative... Finally, the candidate must have the vision to put forward plans to dismantle the massive government bureaucracy that we have seen grow under both Republican and Democrat administrations.

And Olson of the Columbia, SC Tea Party endorses Newt

Vice Chairman of the Columbia TEA Party David Hartfield is temporarily leading the organization after Chairman Allen Olson stepped down earlier this week.
The board of directors will elect a new chairman soon, Olson said.
Olson announced Tuesday that he is endorsing former U.S. Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich for president. Read Olson’s endorsement letter here.

Then why is Newt surging among the Tea Party voters?
