McCain: Arizona 'up for grabs' in 2012 (McCain says GOP must pander to Hispanics, calls for amnesty)

Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) said his home state could be "up for grabs" in the 2012 presidential election, due in large part to the growing numbers of Hispanic voters.
"The demographics are clear that the Hispanic vote will play a major role in national elections," he said on CNN's "State of the Union."
However, higher numbers of Hispanic voters does not guarantee Obama an edge according to McCain, who said his inability to meet some campaign promises on immigration makes that voting bloc competitive.
The most recent GOP candidate went so far as to say New Mexico, Colorado, and even Texas could become competitive battlegrounds in presidential elections. And Republican candidates will need to strike a "careful balance" on immigration when trying to court those voters.
The Republican Party has to discuss this in as humane a way as possible," he said.
Republicans need to find a humane way to deal with illegal immigrants that have made it to American and built lives here, but at the same time secure the border and ensure any plan for existing illegal immigrants does not trigger another "wave" of people who think getting over the border will ensure their continued stay in America.
"We have to have empathy, we have to have concern and we have to have a plan," he added. But at the same time, to say that we are going to have insecure borders
thats not the message we want to send."

So the solution is to import 100M new america-hating welfare parasites and hope we can bribe >50% of them to vote for GOP.
I’m so sick of this amnesty crap. Vast majority of country opposes amnesty in any form and want to have border secured. The problem is people like McCain, Perry and Newt.
Even majority of (legal) hispanics oppose amnesty.
Anything else can be changed later (tax rates, judges etc), but this is the defining issue of our lifetime. If we give up and surrender now, our country is doomed permanently.
We must stop Perry and Newt.

If 12 million illegals went home, the single biggest group to benefit would be blacks. The 2nd biggest group to benefit would be legal Hispanics.

Thanks, Newt.
Now AMNESTY is the respected republican position on immigration. Anyone who dares utter anything else will be considered an extremist racist nazi.
The new center has been established thanks to Newt Gingrich and it is outright amnesty for all Mexicans in hopes to bribe them to vote GOP.

I’m curious why people are blaming McCain when he is just promoting the position of the frontrunning GOP candidate Newt Gingrich? They’re on the exact same page when it comes to immigration.

"he is just promoting the position of the frontrunning GOP candidate" yeah, Newt thinks we should allow 11 million new workers into the workers paradise that he has a plan to build.

Keep an eye out for who this hispanic "republican" group supports. (Somos Republicans) They encourage the GOP to use the tea party to gain power only to toss us aside.
How Un-American is the TEA PARTY
Are they so irrational and merely a self-centered group revolutionary geezers that do not hold American ideal and thus attack our American valuesDemocracy, Capitalism and Constitutionalism.
Strategically, it seems like the right thing to do for Republican to utilize the Tea Party to diminish Obamas agenda. But it is also time for Republicans that realize that this people merely using the flag colors as facade to promote un-American agenda. While they do have the right to dissent, sadly, their agenda pushed by special interest in Sacramento and D.C. do not embody the original best American values.
Naughty and nice list as of last year
