Yep, some people forget that during Occupy Naval Observatory, while we were chanting "Out of Cheney's house!" with our stylish Sore-Loserman signs, Rick Perry was supporting the other guy. That's not ancient history to me. So IMO, Rick Perry = Boooooooo!!!
/sarc BTW
You aren’t serious, are you?
Perry supposedly supported Gore when Al ran for Congress back in 1988, but even that has been called into question.

During the time you reference, Perry was the Republican Lt. Gov. of Texas, ascending to the governorship when Geo. W. was elected. He was a solid Bush supporter.
I am NOT a Perry supporter, but neither do I appreciate misinformation. Get your facts straight, please?
I’m no fan of Perry’s but his association with Gore was in the 1988 Democratic Primary campaign.
By 2000 he had been the GOP Lt. Governor of Texas, for two years, under George W. Bush.
I believe it was Gore ‘88 that he supported.
Wrong. “Out of Cheney’s house” was in the 2000 contested election against GWB. Perry became a Republican in 1989 - 11 years earlier.
