Herman Cain is expected to make a "major announcement" today, anytime between 11am and 1pm EST in Atlanta. The media is assuming he will quit the race. Politico is positively glowing with anticipation of this. Will he fold, or FIGHT? He is also opening a new Atlanta HQ. Twitter reports that people are jamming in early to show their support.

We simply don't know what will happen, or when it will happen. What are your thoughts? Do you think he should quit? Or do you think Cain should stay in the race and deny the State-Run Media yet another GOP scalp on a platter - for unproven allegations -while they allow a vile rapist like Clinton, or commie cokehead like Obama breeze through unscathed?

Good and accurate thoughts. Only a few nagging minor things could throw the cliff closer as the cliff does draw ever closer due to those who want America over the cliff. Would our politicians choose to take America over the cliff? If one is logical one knows they would, if they (our politicians) could hold onto their power. What would be their goal? Some believe highest bidder and am tending to agree, or are those trade treaties working out as was not intended? The dye does appear to be cast, and total global collapse could happen. So what happens in a total global collapse? Reboot or something different? Not knowing here (in this corner) and not knowing how the world would react leaves extremes open to do the extreme, perhaps. Still praying this cup is removed from America's lips for those currently leading may have followed both forks in the road, or the third fork to the extreme.

You are totally ridiculous. What are you, 12 or 14 yrs old? Politics is not for the faint of heart. Herman Cain couldn’t withstand media scrutiny or fight back.
A candidate will always be attacked. The question is, first, is it true? If a candidate cannot defend him or herself in a strong, cogent manner, they can never face up to the Obama machine.
People instinctively know when something is fishy, and when over 50% of Americans believe the women accusing Cain, it was time for him to get out if the way.
There us no such thing as the perfect candidate, we are all human beings with flaws. Cain’s flaws became the issue.
Besides this election is far too important to take a chance on an unvetted candidate with unknown problems. Remember, there us never one cockroach.

I also know why they were targetting a good man like Herman Cain with allegations that were both untrue and unseemly.

It would be wonderful to have the primary vote in a one time (quickly) type forum, with the media being told to Shut Up till the last vote was counted in a time span of a week instead of months. So, how does one ‘disprove’ an unfounded allegation other than a concrete denial? For example, suppose I say that someone I know claims that YOU not only are adulterously promiscuous, but homosexual in your immoral pursuits. Now, please ‘disprove’ these allegations in a way other than a concrete denial or the character testimony of a friend........I’ll be waiting....
