I’ve been on both sides, so yes, I know how the left operates and how the smear machine works.
I also know why they were targetting a good man like Herman Cain with allegations that were both untrue and unseemly.
I know how the game is played. Apparently, you’re quite happy to go along with the game. :)
Protip, the media is not your friend. Especially when they are cozying up to you.
I have no love nor illusions about the media.
We have no way of knowing of knowing whether the accusations against Cain have any truth to them. He did the right thing in getting out of the way- his personal life had become the focus instead of the serious issues facing the country, and the goal of defeating Obama.
There are other candidates. They, too, will be put through the wringer. How they handle the media and the attacks will determine if they have what it takes.
