Herman Cain is expected to make a "major announcement" today, anytime between 11am and 1pm EST in Atlanta. The media is assuming he will quit the race. Politico is positively glowing with anticipation of this. Will he fold, or FIGHT? He is also opening a new Atlanta HQ. Twitter reports that people are jamming in early to show their support.
We simply don't know what will happen, or when it will happen. What are your thoughts? Do you think he should quit? Or do you think Cain should stay in the race and deny the State-Run Media yet another GOP scalp on a platter - for unproven allegations -while they allow a vile rapist like Clinton, or commie cokehead like Obama breeze through unscathed?

Santorum’s a good man. I’m in the same boat. Prolife, pro family Catholic.
Newt really pisses me off because I’m a convert (since 2005) just like him.
It behooves converts to actually stick to the teachings of the Church. That Newt can’t do even that eliminates me.
Perry, love what he’s done in TX, hate his stance on abortion. Can’t cast a ballot for him and stick with my conscience.
Without His mercy and justice, we have no hope, either individually or as a country. No doubt about it.
You dare have the gall to decide to abort an entire country due to your singularly immaculate beliefs?!
What does Ron Paul say about abortions?
I don’t think you want to know the answers to your questions but I will take you seriously.
Perry did not force anyone to take Gardisal. He thought it would protect girls from getting cancer in the future. The medical community still supports that belief.
The only way kids could get the vaccine and not have to pay was to mandate it. There was always an easy opt out.
When he realized the people didn’t want it, he dropped it. when Obama realized people didn’t want Obamacare, he pushed it through.
The donation Perry’s campaign received from Merck was modest indeed, not worth mentioning. If Perry could be bought (and he can’t) it would take a lot more money.
And, yes, Perry respects his wife. I admire that. I believe she is or was a nurse and she believed in the vaccine.
I just read an article (while in the doctor’s office) in a medical journal which stated that his vaccine is still recommended, and now for boys as well.
I’m not on board with the popular notion of bashing the pharma industry. They have done more for our health than all the doctors combined. They devote tons of money and years to research that may or may not pay off.
Do we believe in the free enerprise system or not?
You probably take 8 or 10 drugs... that keep you alive. Maybe not you, but someone in your family or someone you know.
Whatever funds Cain brings in now in speeches, etc. may help offset extraordinary costs. Wonder if Ginger gave any of her money to help another. Ginger White (sounds like a stripper name) should help a fella' out by throwing whatever $$$$ she has to spare to help Cain out. Are Ginger White's (sounds like a stripper name) 15 minutes up or just beginning.
When it comes right down to it, Ron Paul is OK with abortion. He thinks it should be left up to the states. The decision to kill babies should not be left up to the states.
Yet you said:
A pro-life award is about as valuable these days as a three dollar bill!
If you wan't to eliminate abortions, first save America.
This has been the RINO mantra for four decades. RINOs ALWAYS want the pro-life vote and then you want us to shut up while they pursue their Democrat-Light agenda.
NO MORE!
“I feel the need to point something out here (not saying Im right) - the left are liars and character assassins, but it makes no sense (in my mind) for them to torpedo Cain BEFORE he earns the nomination. Seriously - if they had this dirt on him, why not let him get mano y mano vs. Obamo and then launch the character assassination?”
You may be right. But I think it was done now because if Cain had been the nominee, EVERYONE would have been paying attention. It would have been easier for Conservatives to make the case about their bias with regard to Dems and their bimbos. Also, I think that by doing it now, they believe it would be more effective because many GOP and Independent voters will not overlook it because they can always jump to another candidate.
Many in the MSM do realize that there is a significant segment of the population who would vote for a ham sandwich over Obama. They did not want to risk voters forgiving Cain for all of this because they wanted to be rid of Obama above all else. There is a better chance of that happening if he was the only choice other than the One.
I know many Independents who feel that way. The MSM is doing the opposite of what we should be doing. Which is supporting the most Conservative candidate who can win. They are trying to eliminate the most Conservative candidates first. Leaving only the remaining GOP nominee, against whom they will then put all of their considerable propagandizing skills to work.

Hope this helps for starters. But Newt's first marriage was a mess. They had long since been apart but not yet divorced. Newt admits his early extramarital affair was a mistake and wrong, but he still supported his wife through it. He continued to do so after her illness and stayed with his family after the divorce.
The GOP completely threw Newt under the bus after he organized the Clinton Impeachment. I suggest you read the information I sent you. No hearsay or propaganda in any of it. Gather your own conclusions. I see a good man under all of this vast and very active career achievement.
I’m bewildered by your comment on Perry and abortion.
He is known for being totally pro-life and has received awards from the pro-life community.
What could possibly cause you to be critical of his pro-life credentials?
Perfectly stated, dear sybilll!
Can't permit the GOP to conduct its own primary, particularly one that included a black conservative man. IMO only, that was too much for the Chicago machine.
You're right. I was wrong. I went back and looked at the posts and you were right.
But anyway, I choose to believe in the results. Have a good one!
My first and then second choice took torpedoes. Is there a place on the ballot for We the People, or has politics become as currently appears ... disgusting and dirty ... while the Country’s Constitution is shredded? Not wanting to take up arms except for defense, but am adding more ammo to the list. For the defense of We the People may have as was always known, by the Founders, would be ... Left up to We the People. Tread lightly, the battle is in front of all Americans, like it or not each American will have to make the choice. Praying this cup to be removed from America’s lips may not succeed, therefore have a plan B everyone.
So, being pro-life is now an "immaculate belief?" I suppose you want us to adopt your "nuanced" belief that killing over 3500 babies a day is alright?
What does Ron Paul say about abortions?
What does Ron Paul have to do with ANYTHING? I have NEVER supported Paul in any form.
Let’s make it clear that ROMNEY is NOT Plan “B”!
Wow...i never supported him but your post is both moving and instructive
Sorry for your disappointment
Love ya back.! :)
It’s pretty darn lame when the majority of us can’t agree on one conservative, or two conservatives, or even on which candidates qualify. I mean think about it.
I sit back and just shake my head.
We have this field of candidates and they are what they are.
Someone is going to win the nomination.
I absolutely do not want that someone to be Romney or Paul.
Believe me, other than torture, if they ever develop a machine/technology that absolutely 100 percent proves a lie or truth, it would change *everything*.
Ya see there are people out there who can beat a polygraph or audio voice stress tests etc. The fact is the technology is good with these devises, but they do not produce actual proof.
Take care Jane.
Lock and load lady, I got your back!
