Acting Justice Robert B. Wiggins of State Supreme Court in Livingston County, in the Finger Lakes region, declared that there was enough evidence that the "open meeting laws" had been violated to proceed with the suit. It is ironic that much of the states brief passionately spews sanctimonious verbiage on the separation of powers in the governmental branches, Justice Wiggins wrote, and clear arm-twisting by the Executive on the Legislative permeates this entire process. Hopefully to be known in the future as "Ender" Wiggins for ending the perversion and fraud of "homosexual-marriage".

Remember just a few months back in Wisconson when the libs held up the collective bargoning bill in the courts claiming it's passage violated the open meeting laws? Maddow was hot on that one, less sympathetic with this challenge I bet.
As I recall they got some rich NY Republican support on passing this homo marriage act.

some conservatives are still freaking out about gay marriage in New York Liberals think guys should be allowed to marry each other, yet they call conservatives "extremists".

"held meetings in violation of the states Open Meetings Laws"Already knocked down one libtard who was whining about this, this morning, by noting this was exactly what the Wisconsin judge used to issue an injunction against Gov. Walker's successful collective bargaining bill.
That, in turn, was struck down by the Wisconsin Supremes; and one suspects unfortunately this challenge will eventually go the same route in NY.
