Embattled presidential candidate Herman Cain ’s personal lawyer, Lin Wood, said in an interview Tuesday that he believes his client is telling the truth that he did not have a 13-year-affair with an Atlanta woman named Ginger White. --------------------------------------
Full article at link. Apollo5600: Lin stated that during the alleged time of the affair, Cain was suffering from stage 4 colon cancer. Also states it is ridiculous to convict a man based only on accusations.

I would imagine the TV station in Atlanta that did the original story using VSA would have such a story for us by the end of business on Wednesday. Any good reporter certainly would.

Exactly. But maybe we’ll get lucky this time, because the first time the local Atlanta TV news did that story, it got a lot of National play. Maybe they’ll go for the big scoop again and do a followup.
Of course that depends on the results, I presume. If it (again) shows Cain as 100% truthful and the woman as 100% liar, then it won’t get picked up by the major networks, and it will have to go viral on the net.
Cain and his first accuser both submitted to lie detector tests. He passed. She didn't.
I think if he'd had an affair with this latest bimbo, his guilt over it would have registered in that test, even though the operator was asking about a different person.
Well, this is it. If Cain is telling the truth, he should go after his accusers and crush them. However, if he’s off just a little, it’ll crush him.
The sad difference between Clinton and Cain is that Clinton came to the table as a well-known cad and skirt-chaser. Cain has declared himself as without a blemish.

Do you have a link for the lie detector test info? I have never heard this.
All I ever saw was the Voice Stress Analysis, done for both Cain and Bialek’s press conferences. Cain was truthful, Bialek was not. 95% accuracy.
Cain shot himself in the foot again today with this reassessing crap and now his lawyer is tap dancing around with verbiage. If this is not true, slap this broad down and move on. Here he is dragging this out for the week reassessing and losing supporters the whole way by calling her a bold faced liar to the camera.
Until Cain sues somebody for defamation, he looks guilty..

Wood is a serious bulldog to be feared. And I mean that in a good way.
If Cain is innocent of this accusation, IMHO, Wood should be unleashed pronto.
He might be a good lawyer, but he falls far short in terms of what the Dems always have and what Cain needs, a mouthpiece.

I’m sincerely asking this, not to jab at you, but to implore you to please do the research yourself on EVERYTHING, rather than believing the media — even if they say the Sun rises in the East! Have you read Cain’s full statement to his staff and supporters? Or are you going by the four-word headline (”Cain to reassess campaign”)?
Cain explained to his campaign staff and supporters that they have assessed their campaign at several stages along the way (as any prudent businessman would, I might add), and this is just one of many assessments.
