After reports surfaced Tuesday morning that pizza magnate Herman Cain is reassessing his 2012 Republican presidential nomination bid, POLITICO obtained a statement from a Cain campaign spokesman regarding his candidates consideration of dropping out of the race.
Yes, the campaign spokesman said Tuesday when asked whether Cain would definitely remain in the race.
The clarification comes after the National Review Online released statements that Cain made in a conference call with campaign aides Tuesday morning. During the call, Cain made the following statements, We have to do an assessment as to whether or not this is going to create too much of a cloud, in some peoples minds, as to whether or not they would be able to support us going forth, Cain said.

I am liking this guy more and more. He’s a fighter and will improvise, adapt and overcome. Anyone who thinks smooth and suave is going to lead us out of this mess we’re in is delusional.
Now why do you have to go beat up my boy, Ron Paul. LOL!
Just kidding, PAConservative. I totally agree.
The outcome may well determine the future of our country.
Hmmm, where them Newtbots (i.e. Romneybots) at? None have them have conversed on this thread so far. Perhaps it has something to do with the OP of the thread. lol
I’m still on the Cain train. He should pi$$ off his critics and make this his campaign song http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VBBm2x6nKIo
Romney’s campaign song should be something like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A_FreDrOFd0
Huntsman would be something like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C7hBf2wXmjA
Agreed.
Mr. Cain ready to speak at Hillsdale. They had to open up overflow seating.
Newt’s arrogance alone turns me off at the moment he begins to speak.
It just shows that he’s been lurking in the halls of power for far too long as it is.
"I have a message for the political elites in Washington, D.C. The United States of America is not going to become the United States of Europe, not on our watch."
~Herman Cain
Good news, albeit disappointing for many including the Marxist Kenyan.
I think it's his best quality. I love the way he puts idiots in their place.
Great, we can’t let the media pick off our stalwarts one by one.
He would kick Obama's butt.
If Palin would have run, we wouldn’t have to be dealing with this sleazy incompetent nonsense.
LOL “I coalesce the vapors of human experience into a viable and logical comprehension.”
“Oh a BS artist”.
Karl Rove is deeply saddened.
Cain supporters should definitely watch this video of Cain and Wolf Blitzer. Wolf asks him if he will drop out:

Cain is right.
Of course, if he wins Iowa, the $$$ will flow like water.
I’m still on the Cain Train too and I’m leaving the whole situation in God’s hands.
God Speed!
