US visa program to let illegal immigrants come and go freely.
It maybe flip-flopping on Perry's part or it maybe his campaign panicking with only 5 weeks left till the primaries, but it's good flip-flopping. I hope that Perry goes all out on this and makes it clear that he's serious about this..
