One of my buddies was there in the 70’s on a military-related stopover — he was invited to witness a beheading at the public square. He politely declined. They loved having tourists as witnesses, because it’s entertaining to watch their reactions to seeing heads lopped off.
I don’t know if they still conduct public executions, but I’d say both the big and little heads of these guys are in grave danger.

Seems to me that green screen techniques could have been used to video paste the orgy (which sounds like it was with their wives) over the sign background, and the Vice people would never know who. But got to give them credit for audacity.
