Herman Cain turned around a failing business that wasn't expected to recover, and built it into a successful business. Using the liberal style of trying to label Cain as if he's done nothing in his life except work a pizza boy for a few months, just makes you look as dumb as Perry trying to communicate in a debate.
Perry is a liberal who supports in-State tuition, called us who aren't it “heartless”. Those are facts, and that's why lost the biggest amount of points in the quickest fashion than anyone else in the race. That's why there are so many Gingrich supporters who are worried to death Newt just killed his chances, like Perry did. The liberal are even out trying to save Newt though, because they sure don't want Cain raising.

Joe Arpaio, how done foolish things also like support that liberal dyke i mentioned before. I like him on illegal immigration, and some other things he does, but I don't like him overall because he's too much about ego, and I does stupid things at times.

Is he still wasting money using ridiculously too many resources with Steven Seagal captaining a SWAT tank, with a bunch of guys in riot gear blowing things up, and knocking down walls, blowing out windows, and killing the family dog? All in the name of some stupid reality TV show with a fat liberal Steven Seagal. It was a huge waste of money that could have gotten someone killed because they wanted to make it look “cool”, like a Seagal film, if that's how his films did look.

Last I heard they were getting sued, and hadn't charged the guy with anything yet making you wonder if they even had any evidence. I love Arpaio on illegal immigration, and think he probably couldn't be a better replacement, but he endorses people like draws names out of a hat, and then waste taxpayer money to film an arrogant former movie star's fall from grace, while he pretends he's raiding a huge drug cell in what's going to be a fight to the death. Making a fool out of himself while thinking he was cool he did manage to take down an armed 11 month old puppy with trying to escape with a sizable amount cocaine. That's probably how it was playing out in his head as he played around for TV.

I have outlined on numerous occasions why I won't support him- ever- and his 11 year absence on illegals is the primary one, aside from being called heartless.

Is this because you are a Cain supporter and think that by belittling Perry you will somehow get Cain nominated?

I'm afraid you have me confused with your fellow Perrykrishnas, who have mastered this to an artform. Before you cry foul, why not visit some of the Cain or Bachmann threads?

The streets of Texas are littered with the bodies of people who underestimated Perry.

Wow, what a charming vision, straight our of Obama and Chicago. That's ok. I'm sure Perry will get illegals to clean up the bodies, too.

Given Perry’s 11 year absence on illegals in his own state, and Perry’s own shuck and jive on the AZ law (publicly says not for Texas but privately supports the AG in a letter supporting the law), I find it disturbing Joe would endorse Perry. But, as they say, follow the money. Same thing happened in 2008 when Tancredo endorsed Romney.

Of course you have to find someone to blame because you simply can not fathom that most conservatives don’t support Perry.

I am a Perry person! I looked at Cain and was excited for about 10 minutes, then I realized, he is a nice guy but has no clue to being President. I love Newt, but not for President, he is just too wishy washy. The others ....YAWN!

I don't care how Perry has done in debates, I have listened to him speak and he is a true conservative!

Like all the others, he has his faults but not being conservative isn't one of them!

There are so many lies posted and spamed by the Cain people, it is getting ridiculous!

Have you actually read what you dismissively call the “Campaign book”?

If I recall correctly, Governor Perry actually got out the National Guard and put them on the border.

What would you have him do, when the current administration refused to meet with him? Angry politicians demanding relief for Texans hasn’t been all that effective, has it?

I don’t think the border violence had actually escalated quite to the current level back in 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, etc...not to the level we see it at right now. If you think back to then, the USA was still feared by the obvious troublemakers.

Nevertheless, in a hasty, cursory search I found this press release -

Starting in 2005 with Operation Linebacker, the state has sought to provide funding, manpower and equipment to local law enforcement agencies operating along the Texas-Mexico border. (http://governor.state.tx.us/initiatives/border/P110/)

Again, it still seems like the Governor was taking security matters seriously even before that point -

Wednesday, May 26, 2004 • Press Release
Gov. Perry Announces Terrorism Prevention Program Funding
AUSTIN – Gov. Rick Perry today announced that 433 Texas jurisdictions will receive more than $20.7 million in federal funds for programs to improve local homeland security efforts through increased intelligence, warning communication and facility security.

You say *none* of that made it’s way to securing the Texan border?

Although you say that Governor Perry has been Texas governor for 12 years, he’s hardly responsible for the increase in violence and lawlessness. Was President Bush the cause of Al Qaeda’s 911 attacks too?

Since the Federal government has usurped authority on immigration, they then bear the most responsibility for managing the violation of at least the Federal immigration laws. Your righteous anger ought to be directed at those Federal agencies you perceive to be ineffective or negligent.

And, since you’re the one pointing the finger, what exactly have *you* been doing about this problem in 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005, or even thereafter? I see plenty of accusatory language, but posts that are really light on real facts and solid research.

Your comment is biased nonsense. The idea that Sheriff Joe Arpaio could be badgered into making a weak decision as you surmise is inconistent with the man’s entire history.

Good grief!

Go tell that to the tens of thousands of Americans who were killed, robbed, shot, raped, stabbed, defrauded, burglarized, ran over etc during that period...

Some of you people will make every excuse possible for these politicians...You and others like you clearly have some kind of conflicting interest here.

There is no other way to rationalize comments like yours.

I’m beginning to doubt you and by extension even the candidate you support.

1) How has Governor Perry’s actions to bring the Federal inaction on immigration enforcement to the headlines caused him to now bear the blame for any lawless actions in our state?

2) Since you are pointing the finger, what have you done about the problem?

3) Where is your documentation to support your “tens of thousands of Americans who were killed”, (presumably in context), by illegal aliens. Take action and file suit against the Federal government; why wait for ~any~ politicians or elections?

You’re right. How would the Cain people like it if we pinged each other to go on a Cain thread and do this?

But... wait... there aren’t any Cain threads.

Never mind.

We’re repeatedly told by Perry and his supporters the borders are the responsibility of the Federal Government and Perry basically just just a helpless, innocent by-stander

Question:

This costly, violent invasion in Texas is now totally out of control.

Perry has been Texas governor for almost 12 years.

Where is all the video over the years, of an angry Perry demanding relief from the Federal Government for Texas citizens, before he started running for POTUS?

Given the circumstance and facts, locating quotes and videos of Perry over the past 10 years should be easy.

Please, lets see the supporting documents, links, quotes and video, of Perry angrily making these demands of the Feds, prior to Perry announcing his run for POTUS.

Thanks!

Oh, they all worshipped Sheriff Joe, but now he’s under that Cain bus.

(along with Cain, I might add)

I would feel sorry for the Cain worshippers but they’re so dang mean that I don’t.

"Sheriff Joe endorsing Rick Perry doesn’t make Rick Perry better, it makes Sheriff Joe worse."

Actually the opposite is true. Think about it, please.

The in-state tuition thing costs Texans nothing.

It destroys the rule of law forcing the average citizen to support institutions that cater to lawbreakers. Only a globalist like you would be in favor of that.

Redistribution of the wealth can consist of civic resources as well as money, globalist.

Illegal. It used to be actionable. But globalists— one world socialists— have completely corrupted federal and state governments and now no one paid to uphold the law will do it anymore.

Thanks for nothing!

I went to a Cain thread yesterday and it was so nice. Just all the supporters discussing a particular issue with no interruptions. I came back to a Perry thread and they were over there too disrupting and lying and distorting and trashing. Too bad.
