On November 19, Glenn Beck spoke at the David Horowitz Freedom Center’s “Restoration Weekend,” where he addressed the current political situation in America, entrepreneurship, Occupy Wall Street, Israel and plenty more.
“I think the question — how much trouble are we in — I’ll address. But the bigger question that I would like to address today is — how much trouble is the Left in?,” Beck said at the beginning of his speech. “Because America is waking up. And there’s only going to be one of us standing in the end. And I have every intention of it being us.”
Later on in the speech he quipped, “My six-year-old could be Ben Bernanke for a day and do a better job.“ And he held little back considering his opinion on the ”99 percent,” saying, “Occupy Wall Street is some of the most dark, evil stuff I’ve ever seen.”

Beck also spoke explicitly about Israel and the potential for another World War:
“Here’s where we’re headed. Possibility — World War III. Because Israel has a right to survive, Israel has a right to live, the Jews have a right to be left alone by the rest of the world — they will defend themselves, as they should. [...]
Guaranteed anti-Semitism not seen since the 1930s. Guaranteed economic — not depression; collapse. Collapse. And civil war. You cannot put this genie back in the bottle.
But there is something else. There’s something that I’d like to focus on here. These things are coming. But so is this. Healing. Healing and profound light, should we choose it. Now.

Beck concluded his address by explaining that the next 18 months will be “unlike anything we’ve seen before.” While darkness can be expected, he said that “as darkness grows, so does the light.”

My feelings exactly. I’ll need to ask God’s forgiveness for hating that evil creature.
I also consider his supporters my enemies.
I need His forgiveness for how much I hate that evil creature.

I haven’t determined that I need forgiveness for hating such a one who has willfully sought after and determined to hurt this country...and my grandchildren..and everyone elses. Call it righteous indicnation if you will, but I think God understands and for now has let it stand...I don’t see that changing any time soon.

I have dear family members that voted for Obama that do not share the same values as I do. I still love them, because every sin man does is by deception and we are all deceived. I have no right to declare his or her deception different than my own. I see the result of all this evil coming soon, and I will continue to proclaim the gospel through this darkness. I will not have malice towards none and charity for all while the battle rages. I hope that Glenn will make it clear that the time for charity is not before or during the battle, but when evil has been so discouraged that it acquiesces to righteousness. This distinction is absolutely critical in my evaluation of Glenn’s message.
No, I disagree that we are "all" deceived.... or that deception is the cause by which people sin, although in some cases the deception is what entices them...even against what they know better of.....But People sin because they choose what or not to act on and generally are aware of the "difference" in those choices. Those who might be deceived are those who choose not to listen or be informed, or heed the warnings....they make a 'choice' what they do as well as refraining from doing. It is man's resistance to the truth when he faces a decision...and instead moves forward by his actions and thru the choice made....in this case those who voted for BO knew the facts and discarded those facts.

Glenn Beck is a voice in the wilderness. My sister and I will be in attendance at Glenn’s Nov 30 show on GBTV along with others from the 8/24/11 Restoring Courage event he hosted in Israel. We count it a privilege to stand with him in defense of Israel and in defense of the conservative and spiritual values on which this country was founded. All of like mind must find others who share these values and connect with one another. It is a time of choosing - good vs. evil. Nothing is more important.
Deception is why we are all in darkness, none of us see through the glass clearly. I cannot see my neighbor as less than me because I have been given the light of the gospel of Jesus. I must approach all in my path in a manner befitting the landing pad given. If the person whom I am dealing with is a rabid beast that will not be reasoned with intent on killing me and mine I have no other path left to me than to try to stop his intentions with all means at hand.
I must also be ready to shine the light of the Gospel to those who are not so rabid and will respond to words and examples of righteousness. I was deceived as was everyone else on this planet, they know this too. If I try to tell them the truth while telling them I am saved and they are not because I have learned something or have been given something special, I betray Christ. I am only a recipient of grace, and they can be too. And I can help them see this or be silent and accountable.

Some did but some didn’t seem to have a clue. I talked to some who voted for him as well as some who voted against him who claimed to have no idea that there was any question about where he came from. They seemed to think he was born and raised in Chicago and seemed bowled over when I told them that he claimed to have been born in Hawaii to a milk white Caucasian mother and a Kenyan father. They seemed to have never heard about the “Reverend” Wright or anything else about Obama. How could they remain that ignorant? I suppose they did it by depending on CNN etc. for news. Some still believe that they will get from MSNBC the truth that Fox News has withheld! Yes, I mean even after Al Sharpton has taken over the slot once held by Olberdoofus.
Never underestimate the stupidity of the average American in this day, it is astounding.

Wow. Watched the whole thing. A little scared of the next 18 months......but I do believe the light will shine through, whether I make it or not.
As long as the light shines on Americas future, I will die happily.....of course doing everything I can NOT to die, lol.
