I like Michelle, but she needs to be talking about her ideas if she wants to advance her candidacy rather than snipping at her fellow candidates.

Bachmann and the NYSlimes joining forces. Says it all.

God bless this patriotic woman. Somehow, we HAVE to elect her President of the United States. She is tough, fearless, patriotic, conservative, experienced, intelligent, expert on foreign affairs, 1 marriage, 5 children, 23 foster kids :). There is ZERO NEGATIVES on this woman and at the very least the entire FREEPER community should be 100 percent supporting her. I know alot of you are liberal and want stinky Perry and Newt, but for once in your life do the right thing and support a President Bachmann!!!! She will get the job done!!! Obamacare would be GONE with her. The others, I doubt it. Totally up to you guys. We have a serious chance at a true conservative!!! Let’s get er done!!!!

I am glad Michelle Bachmann is calling Newt to task. No one else seems to want to touch The Professor who can be very snarky with his intellectual ater ego.
I also think Bachmann is possibly being groomed by Romney to fill his VP slot. She has never said an unkind thing about Mitt.
JMHO.

Newt believes America must be a nation of laws. The first duty of the federal government is national defense, and it is inexcusable that we havent secured the border. In his 21st Century Contract with America, Newt pledges to control the southern border by January 1, 2014, waiving any regulations and pushing aside any bureaucracies that get in the way.
As we secure the border, we must make an aggressive and serious effort to deport all criminals, gang members, and any other threats to our society as quickly as possible. We must also tap into the ingenuity of the private sector to better validate who is in the United States legally.
Newt opposed the DREAM Act. However, he did agree with part of the legislation which allowed those who came to the United States illegally as children to serve in the U.S. Military to earn their citizenship, just as foreign nationals are today allowed to do the same.
Furthermore, Newt has proposed giving local communities the authority to allow those with long established roots in the neighborhood a legal residency status, but not citizenship. Newt believes local communities are at a better vantage point to determine if those there illegally should stay or go. Under this system, we will send home those with no family or community ties and quickly deport those who have committed criminal and other destructive acts, while providing minimal disruption to families and communities.

I call for a Lincoln-Douglass style debate between Newt and Michele on the subject of immigration. Let’s hear from the candidates own mouths what they believe rather than listen to a bunch of hacks tell us what they believe. Let the chips fall where they may...

She started out on my short list of hopefuls, but then went stupid over doing her attack on Perry.
But, did she learn from that error in judgment? Apparently not.

Romney is they guy who does the, "you're gonna love my nuts", style hustle and the one who came up with the model for Obamacare, not Newt. For all his failings, Newt isn't going to change his tune on the mass murder of infants while Romney changes his opinion on that topic whenever his ingrown toenail is bothering him. Bachmann should be joining ranks to defeat Romney instead of trying to make things as tough as possible for Newt. She doesn't have a chance and either Newt's going to be the nominee or we're going to have four more years of the dolt now in office and probably widespread violence that will make the sixties look like a DAR tea. The only stirring of the pot that's worthwhile is whatever it takes to make sure Cain is the one Newt picks for his VP rather than half-baked Perry.

I am glad Bachmann is speaking out. I agree with her. She would make a strong candidate. Why else are Jay Leno and Letterman in hysteria to bash her and also Cain. They are two people who dare to speak out.

It is truly sad to see a politician you liked sell their soul like this.
