Yes I have. The ACLU has a significantly harder time arguing against Green/Red Card status, but they sure as heck will fight what you are proposing. There would not be a single illegal rounded up under your proposal because the ACLU would tie it up in knots.

(ii) knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that an alien has come to, entered, or remains in the United States in violation of law, transports, or moves or attempts to transport or move such alien within the United States by means of transportation or otherwise, in furtherance of such violation of law;

I agree with you. Illegals totally destroy American life. They do not assimilate. They are rude, slamming doors in front of you, no smiles (unless it’s a man’s leer). They are filthy.
