And what are the magic words...

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support the Constitution of the United States."

We can only be subjugated from within...

Or do we now have a cabal that decides which laws of this land are to be followed and which are not?

Yes. Watch this thread, and you'll find many supporters of same.

A good observation about freedoms being new here in the Czech Republic.

Historically, since the end of WW1, there have been three periods of freedom: the First Republic, 1918-1938, the Second Republic, 1945-1948, and now the Third Republic, 1990-current. As a result, the Czechs guard their freedoms more jealously. The current President, Vaclav Klaus is a noted euroskeptic, and the current coalition is slightly euroskeptic as well. I would say the vast majority of Czechs, regardless of left or right, have no desire to be governed by an anonymous pencil-pusher from Brussels. Czechs like the idea of the EU as a financial confederation, and support the Schengen treaty, but when it comes to political union, that’s where they’d the line.

Like you said, familiarity breeds contempt, sad to say.

Yeah, sure, and if they just claim that you are making war, based on say....posts on FR or something else that needs Constitutional protection, then you’re just outta luck, eh?!

Let's get to the point. Folks making war against this country who are located in a foreign country should not expect to be privileged to get away with it just because they are beyond the jurisdiction of our courts.

Doesn't matter what their citizenship might be ~ they want to use the privileges of citizenship they need to come to the USA, surrender to appropriate authorities, and stand trial.

No, I’m discussing this topic. I see your point in this post, but we can’t give say....our own sweet Marxist revolutionary this kind of extra-Congressional power. We simply cannot trust him to do what is right.

That's why we have yet other Constitutional provisions and processes.

Frankly, Obama is stupid ~ thuggish even ~ you need to target the people behind him. There's simply no "there" there when it comes to young goober.

You are on the list now, rockinqsranch! Thank you for your awareness and interest in this topic.

Yes, I agree, it probably could and should be a much higher volume ping list, however, unfortunately right now I am quite limited in my available FReep time.

All who have interest and have found related threads or links are MOST welcome to post them for discussion on the Agenda 21 thread.
