But, recently Judge Royce Lamberth concluded that there's no real interest in determining whether the Obama Social Security Number is genuine or fraudulent, arguing that the need for privacy for the president trumps all else.
"The SSA explained that the Privacy Act of 1974 ... protects the personal information of social security number holders," he wrote. "The SSA determined ... the plaintiff had identified no public interest that would be served by disclosure.
Yet there are some interesting circumstances at play.
1. Who's account is Obama contributing his FICA deductions into? and
2. Will he criminally liable when he and Minnie the Moocher try to collect benefits? ...and you know they will.
Obummer sure wasn’t shy at one point about claiming to be a non-American alien, though it would take more than that sort of fraud to jettison a citizenship if it existed.
Forget about whether he got one fraudulent SSN. How about a couple dozen? Not even the average Moose visitor needs but one. If he had some kind of strange grooming early in his life, were they thinking about having all kinds of clones of Barack Obama in “existence”? Yet as far as we know, none of these separately SSN’d identities has no history, at least history left to us.
Did he ever work any job before his stint as a Senator?
The reasons for open records laws are all a bunch of rot, if what Lamberth and other judges claim is true. Open records laws say that the public DOES have an interest in government accountability.
And there is no question that this is about government accountability, because the Social Security Administration has been made aware through these actions that Obama is using a fraudulent social security number - and they aren’t doing a darn thing about it. The whole reason to have it exposed in court is so somebody will HAVE to do something about it. This isn’t about Obama; it’s about our stupid, corrupt, criminal government that sees crimes in progress and yawns at best - and more often joins in to commit crimes on behalf of the guilty and persecute the innocent.
I think we need to have surveillance on judges, to see who has spoken with them and when - to protect them from being threatened, and to protect us from decisions made under duress. Somebody on my blog said that Eric Holder was seen by multiple people meeting with Judge Lamberth shortly before a critical decision.
Come to think of it, the lawsuits are against the wrong people. The lawsuits need to be against the government; the government can have no privacy interest. We need to request records to see what the GOVERNMENT knew and when, and how they responded to it.
Instead of seeing Obama’s SS application, we need to see the records of how the government PROCESSED that application, including computer logs to show when, where, and by whom. We need to see what all actions the government has taken on that social security number, when, and by whom. We have a right to see that, to hold them accountable to the law.
Aniother thing. When we put our SSN on our tax return, doesn’t the IRS even check that with E-verify? Turbo-Tax Timmy’s agency should have known all along that Obama was using a fraudulent number, since E-verify doesn’t even claim that the number belongs to Obama.
Somebody needs to sue the IRS for not checking obvious fraud and prosecuting it.
Are you seriously saying that you still believe the Birther rubbish...we should be addressing legitimate policies and economic proposals to woo the middle ground voters, not chasing straw dogs that most swing voters think are just irrelevant.
