It’s been awhile. My last home out there was between Coolidge and Casa Grande in the desert. The southern access point off hwy 60 is what I was thinking of.
Yep, 60 east valley heading towards Globe, AZ...I live a short distance from the turnoff to Idaho Rd which is the best access to the Superstitions from the west facing side of the mountain...It’s on the Flat Iron which is infamous for hiking..was up there last year and about killed myself doing it.was up there two days ago and was planning on doing the Flat Iron this weekend...guess not now! Pray!
