The punishment should be hanging.

If we as a people do not begin to see voter fraud as the dangerous and destructive crime that it is, we deserve to watch our nation fall.

“After seven months of waiting to see if the federal government would be pursuing the case, on Aug. 1, Lowndes County District Attorney David Miller wrote a letter to the Georgia Attorney General’s Office...”

Holder don’t pursue cases against Holder’s people?
I’m shocked!

Interestingly, it seems the MSM is continuing to suicide by omitting party and ethnic identification in the "news".

Nearly every comment on the article went to MSM and this local affiliates' bias in favor of Rats and minority criminals.

The public ain't fooled anymore.

FTA:

State officials launched an investigation after an unusually high number of absentee ballots were cast in the July 2010 primary election. “As a result of their grand jury findings 12 individuals were indicted in that particular matter and we will be trying that case in a court of judicial law instead of a court of public opinion so that will be pending this next year,” said District Attorney Joe Mulholland.

The defendants include some workers in the voter registrar’s office and some school board members. They are Angela Bryant, April Proctor, Brenda Monds, Debra Denard, Lula Smart, Kechia Harrison, Robert Denard, Sandra Cody, Elizabeth Thomas, Linda Troutman, Latashia Head, and Nancy Denard.

Ballot stuffing should be a capital offense.

Nah, this can’t be true. They keep telling us here in Wisconsin that we don’t need voter id laws because there are no cases of voter fraud. I mean, the far left can’t be lying, can they?

When I saw this on Drudge my first thought was that it was about voter fraud in Georgia (Russia), since I live in Georgia and had hear nothing about this.

At this moment there’s still no mention of it on the ajc website and I don’t think there ever will be. Lots of comments about no party affiliation mentioned, but at least this news site reported the indictments.
