I understand all that... We have the same problem with the UN Rights of the Child Treaty... I decided in the early 90's that the UN coming after my children will terminate "playing nice." When they come for our "nasty toys" that pretty much says what they intend subsequently.
Maybe Europe will fold, but not the small percentage of freedom loving Americans. (3%? -- that will be enough).
