New poll shows Cain pulling ahead in Iowa

Herman Cain leads the Republican presidential field in Iowa, according to a new poll released Thursday.

The Iowa State University/Gazette/KCRG poll found that the former Godfather's Pizza CEO leads the GOP field in Iowa with the support of 24.5 percent of Republican voters. Cain is followed by Ron Paul with 20.4 percent of the vote, then Mitt Romney with 16.3 percent.

The poll's findings are somewhat in contrast with a number of recent national polls that found Cain's recent front-runner or near-front-runner status disappearing in light of allegations that he sexually harassed a number of women while he was president of the National Restaurant Association in the 1990s.

Hopefully Gingrich will push Romney to 4th! Although, McCain came in 4th and the media said it was great for him. But they’ll push their preferred nominee no matter how many actual votes he gets.

But...but Cain had already "peaked" when the allegations were brought against him and I have heard from pretty much all of the pundits that he was now falling out and in 3rd place. Hehehe...LOL! They can't keep a good man down.

Oh, they will keep trying...but I would love to see their faces if Cain somehow swept Iowa, New Hampshire, and S. Carolina. Wouldn't the shock and stuttering and blubbering be a great thing to witness as the Cain train barreled down the tracks.

Time will tell...a few more weeks.

HERMAN CAIN VS BARACK OBAMA

Cain will take Iowa and South Carolina, but Romney’s got the liberals in New Hampshire in his back pocket.

But.......but............How can this be??????????

Sharon Bialeck told us that Herman Cain reached for her you-know-what. She told Cain that she had a boyfriend. This old boyfriend even did an appearance with Gloria Allred to confirm the story.

So do you mean to say that GOP voters don’t care about this??? They don’t have the shock and outrage that Gloria Allred has about this??????

You’re an optimist.
:)

The majority of the “mushy middle” independents have already bought the media’s lies against Cain. “Where there’s smoke, there’s fire”, they like to say. Of course, that only applies to conservatives.

That is not a Rass poll. That is a Fox News poll of 370 registered voters.

Thanks for your ping. It made my day!

Herman Cain, will be a breath of fresh air in the political swamp of Foggy Bottom (for those who are not familiar, Foggy Bottom is an area in Washington DC located close to the government buildings).

They are dredging out Chicago women like Bialek, with multiple bankruptcies, paternity suits & no job for many years yet living in the same high rise as David Axelrod, shows how afraid Barack is of Herman. Perhaps Barack is scared of a stern fatherly figure he never had.

And they are making a big deal about 11 second delay in answering a question on Libya. Well, in real world main street business world, it does not pay to expound thoughtless verbosity. A seasoned politician Herman is not. That may be his best quality needed at this time with economy on life support. How many jobs will be created by knowing intricate details of situation on ground in Libya? We already have people running government who know intricate details about Libya, and how is that working out?

And how many seasoned politicians know how many major languages are spoken in the world’s largest democracy? And which is the national language and classical language of that democracy? Well....it is not critical that they know because it won’t help the American economy, jobs, foreclosures, or healthcare.

It’s the so-called “National Polls” that claim the bogus sexual allegations are pulling Cain’s numbers down.

Don’t believe a one of them. Republicans see these smears for what they are.

Cain is currently leading in SC polls. My prediction is either Cain or Gingrich will win there.
