A hearing is scheduled in front of the New Hampshire Ballot Law Commission on Friday to hear a complaint filed by Orly Taitz, with the apparent support of two state lawmakers, that raises allegations of fraudulent documents and fraudulent Social Security Number use on the part of Barack Obama.
The hearing is scheduled Friday at 2 p.m. in Room 307 of the New Hampshire Legislative Office Building and Taitz is encouraging the public to be present.
The state holds the first primary for presidential elections, and that is scheduled for Jan. 10, 2012.

“Let them eat cake” in modern terms means “rules are for little people”.
“Let them eat the s*** sandwich” might be a better motto for modern days...
Obama is not the only President to have eligibility issues, if we accept your standard for who is a natural born citizen. To name just one, President Wilson's mother was British and all four of his grandparents were British. He is not the only current candidate, either: Mitt Romney's father held dual US-Mexican citizenship, and Romney still has relatives in Mexico. --Timothy Horrigan

Your legislator doesn't understand that during THAT period of history, a woman automatically became an American Citizen when she married an American male.
I'm not sure if this was the enabling law, but it's provisions were certainly in effect when Woodrow Wilson was born.
Thank you my FRiend. I have passed that on to him now.
You are welcome my FRiend. The greatest challenge facing us is the ignorance (and willful ignorance) of our fellow Americans.
NH Ballot Hearing was illegal: Commission members ILLEGAL contributions
On this video the narrator claims, and shows an article that he has resigned, I can not find a single "news" source for this. So it appears he is still a rep.
I can’t say this was the cause of the divorce. I was only speaking about the way the law is applied by the courts in a legal challenge (Diaz-Salazar vs. INS), which provides no protection to the children despite being claimed as “natural-born citizens.”
Barak Sr.’s requests for extensions had been granted in 12 month intervals up until his Aug. 63 application. That one was only approved until April 64 instead of August 64 - a period of eight months. It may have been obvious that he was wearing out his welcome since he didn’t get a 12 month extension. If SAD had any contact with him at all and realized he might not be around past April 64, then it would have been pretty smart for her to get divorced before he was told to go home.
FWIW, Woodrow Wilson’s mother moved to the U.S. at age 10. Her son wasn’t born until 20 years later. There’s a good chance she would have naturalized either through her father or on her own well before Woodrow Wilson was born.
That's a very good point. The naturalization act of 1795 would have naturalized her if her father became naturalized, so she might not have needed the 1854 law to make her a citizen.
I have always regarded the "Woodrow Wilson's mother was British" argument to be the logical equivalent of tipping over a flimsy chair in front of a pursuer while running away; A silly futile gesture of no serious consequence.
My past opinion about Dr. Taitz was in error and based on my frustration with her legal skills and the mistakes she made early on.
I cannot fault her passion, though. She calls 'em like she sees 'em and she got Betancourt right. God bless her!
Greg:
Is Orly going to get a rehearing or did they just succeed in blowing her off?
I don’t think a decision has been reached. I will keep an eye out.
So they answer to no one.
Orly will find a way.
