Cain/Gingrich would be better.
Has Cain already said something similar about Gingrich?
I would feel pretty good about that ticket.
I can’t help wondering whether Cain will take the second slot, given his age.
In 8 years he will be in his 70s.
Yes indeed. :-)
They must have seen my poll. ;-)

During the Lincoln / Douglas style debates, the last question Cain asked Gingrich was “If you were my VP, what kind of responsibilities would you want to have?” ...or something like that. Think everyone was laughing at that :)
Republican presidential candidate Newt Gingrich tells Newsmax that a Gingrich/Herman Cain ticket in 2012 is a real possibility and so is a slate with Cain on top and Gingrich as his running mate.
Would never take place. Newt would not pick Cain. Cain needs to learn about foreign policy and learn how the federal reserve works..yea, I know..he was a fed board member...rattles the brain, doesn’t it? Cain was fun for a while...he’s a waste of time now.
When the time is near, Newt would pick a candidate to ensure pick-up of a swing state.
Santorum -PA
Rubio -FL
I don’t think so..He needs someone like Santoraum or Bauchmann..they also know their way around Washington and are respected by the Republicans.
The debates just wouldn’t be fair...
Ill do anything I can to help defeat Obama, but I personally think that it would be much much better to have me as the presidential nominee, he responds.
Im focused on what I could do to lead the country from the presidency, and well cross other bridges if we get to them.
As for the chances that there could be a Gingrich-Cain ticket, or a Cain-Gingrich ticket, Gingrich asserts: I think thats a real possibility. I think there are other possibilities. There are several very good candidates running for president.
We have a number of great potential [vice presidential] candidates, people like Marco Rubio, the senator from Florida, so you really dont want to preclude looking at a number of people.
I think there are a lot of folks out there in the Republican Party, and a number of them would be very good vice presidents and frankly good presidents.
.
Cain-Gingrich would be the best ticket the GOP has put up since Reagan-____.
And considerably more electable
Newt’s corruption would sink the ticket.
Cain should pick John Bolton.
Cain is not a waste of my time now. Wonder how many voters will track back to Cain after the MSM torches Newt?
The reverse is a possibility, but Newt would never pick Cain.
Could you imagine Cain debating Biden for VP?
