The National Lawyers Guild says it has obtained a court that allows Occupy Wall St. protesters to return with tents to a New York City park.

The guild says the injunction prevents the city from enforcing park rules on Occupy Wall Street protesters.

Mayor Michael Bloomberg says the city knew about the court order but has not seen it. He says the city plans to go court immediately.

Don't say that, Mayor Fudd! You don't know nothing about nothing you haven't seen, maroon.

I think they should put up a chain link fence around the park...with the protesters in it. They couldn’t get out, except for emergencies, and only food allowed in.

Right! Actually, who cares if they stay there the rest of their lives.

"Do you think I could take a copy of this order and park my RV in front of the courthouse? Could I dump my holding tanks there too?"

I like it, but I suspect you will need a legal defense fund. I'll contribute.

Yeah, let’s see how long that ruling stands. Also, how about telling us the name of the judge who ruled against private property rights in favor of a defecating, raping, polluting mob.

Apparently, the judge who issued the injunction sits on the New York State Court (see Post No. 15, below), as opposed to the Federal District Court, and as a result, the injunction is meaningless if Bloomburg decides to appeal the order to the Appellate Division. Why? Because New York law automatically stays the enforcement of an injuction or other order against a municipality to maintain the status quo pending appeal. The stay kicks in as soon as Bloomberg files the notice of appeal.

Bloomberg is the guy who told us to “take in a Broadway show” during last year’s blizzard. Way to go, Bloombito!

The owners are ok with it because they are receiving a big federal contract from the Obama administration.

It is awesome that Obama & Nancy have sided with the scum and the scum is all over the Democratic party. It will make great campaign commercials. We should egg them on.

The National Lawyers Guild is still a communist organization. Their idea of a just society is…North Korea’s! Details at Discover The Networks (scroll down to Korean Peace Project).

I hear you, I own 100 acres with a nice 12 acre lake in the middle of it. I have to carry a $1M umbrella policy just in case some idiot gets drunk while trespass fishing one night and drowns himself.

The worst part of it is they get all offended when you show up and throw them off the property, I don’t go out unarmed anymore because of the response I sometimes get now.

But don't be late with your taxes.

I don’t care what they do as long as they do it there and not in my town. They are just practicing the moral code of the majority of the people who live in those cities so what do they have to complain about. For helping to put Obama and Chuck Schumer in office you deserve it.

From that site: She forged new legal remedies by litigating issues not previously addressed in housing, environmental justice, including preventing lead poisoning, public health, child welfare, education, and employment.

i.e. wrote her own laws out of thin air.
