A doctor who once dated Herman Cain accuser Sharon Bialek came forward today to say that he remembered Bialek telling him in 1997 that Cain had "touched her in an inappropriate manner," and that he was the one who urged her to contact lawyer Gloria Allred and go public with her accusation.
Dr. Victor Zuckerman of Shreveport, Louisiana, who appeared at a Monday afternoon press conference with attorney Gloria Allred, said he had decided to go public himself in order to rebut Herman Cain's public statement that he had no idea who Sharon Bialek was and couldn't recall ever meeting her. "I'm here to shed light on whether or not Herman Cain knows Sharon Bialek."
Four different women have accused the Republican presidential frontrunner of sexually harassing them while they worked at the National Restaurant Association. Karen Kraushaar and a second woman filed internal complaints with the trade group and received financial settlements. A third woman told the Associated Press she had considered filing a complaint against Cain but decided against because a coworker had already filed.
Cain has categorically denied all allegations of sexual harassment.
Bialek became the fourth accuser, and the first to go public, with a New York press conference on Nov. 7. She alleges Cain put his hand up her skirt, reached for her genitals and pulled her head toward his crotch. Bialek claims that when she resisted, he said, "You want a job, don't you?"
At the press conference, Gloria Allred flourished signed statements from two different men to whom Bialek had allegedly reported Cain's "inappropriate behavior" at the time. One of the men was described as a longtime friend and Chicago businessman, the other as a pediatrician Bialek was dating.

Can Someone Explain Gloria Allred To Me?
Gloria Allred is a founding partner of an employment law firm in California. But the cases she is known for being involved in – O.J. Simpson, Michael Jackson, Scott Peterson, Robert Blake – aren’t employment cases.
So why does Gloria Allred always seem to pop up in these national, high-profile cases? Sometimes she represents a witness, or the family of a victim. Sometimes she just enters the spotlight as a commentator – such as when she publicly expressed concern about the safety of Michael Jackson’s children. Other times it’s just strange like when she’s hanging out with the mistresses of Tiger Woods.
I was thinking about this last week when the Chicago woman spoke out and claimed she was sexually harassed by Herman Cain. Gloria Allred was standing next to her. There was no lawsuit, and they weren’t in L.A. For some reason she took the press conference to New York City (where it was hilariously hijacked by the Howard Stern Show). So what was Allred doing there? It just doesn’t make sense for a Chicago woman to hire a high profile L.A. attorney.

“4 women”; “3rd woman”; “2 NRA complaints and settlements”; etc.
This is where the rubber meets the road. Proof of “4”, “3”, and “2” is much, much more than repetitious propaganda from proven liars like MSM.
If true, Cain is toast and I’m sure he knows it. If not, I hope Cain and his attorney take MSM (and all who are behind it) to the cleaners.
Ignore it. There’s no point in giving serial harrassers credibility.
What came out today added nothing new to what we heard last week. The Cain campaign should screen out the background noise.

I remember Sharon saying that she and Mr. Cain had been at many of the same events. I also recall that at these events she was seated next to him at a lunch and at a dinner. She also told me she had the opportunity to speak with him at length with him in both cases.”
Uh wait. She stated that her boyfriend was with her at these events. It would appear that wasn’t the case based on his statement.

If Cain ignores accusations = “Cain needs to address these lingering issues and stop ignoring i!”
If Cain addresses each allegation = “Cain is letting this scandal take him off his message. He is unprepared and not ready for prime time.”
If Cain attacks the accusers = “Cain showing his temper, risks alienating women voters further who clearly don’t trust him.”
If Cain attacks the media = “Cain playing the victim card. Not ready for prime time and not looking presidential.”
If Cain’s lawyer gets involved = “Cain bullying people in silence. Will alienate women and independents further.”
Each response could easily be followed by VOTE ROMNEY PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD VOTE ROMNEY!

What’s missing are facts. Without them, there are just allegations by self-interested parties.
Whom, incidentally, I wouldn’t give to the time of day.
And Buyalick no doubt has thousands of “ex boyfriends” to draw on!
This guy is not a factual witness, at best, he is a character witness but with a record so bad that no one but a kool-aid drinking, Obama knee pad wearing, progressive would pay any attention. This is a sleazy story coming from sleazy sources and doesn't deserve more than a yawn. Someone needs to ask James Carville who he believes in this little “play”.

Mr. Cain should, in my opinion, say nothing in response. If asked, just say that he’s already addressed these baseless false accusations and that he has nothing to add.
Rise above it.

Cain should remain quiet, while behind the scenes, his attorney plans for the “Mother of all Defamation of Character Lawsuits.”
The best thing Cain can do is stay on message and ignore/disregard these allegations as much as possible. The MSM will attack him but every time he addresses them it gives the MSM more reason to keep them in the headlines. Ignoring/keeping on message makes it hardest for them keep it up.
That said, the MSM’s agenda is clear to support Obama and get Romney the nomination. They won’t stop until the primaries are over.
