...Yes, this is really happening. 8 p.m. ET on CBS. As a concession to how low public interest is likely to be, especially head to head with Oregon/Stanford, CBS wont carry the whole debate. Itll run for 90 minutes but theyre cutting out at 9 p.m. for
a re-run of NCIS. If you want to watch the last half hour, switch over to CBSNews.com or National Journal. Perfectly fitting treatment for a key policy subject thats been mostly an afterthought this year.

Cain must be especially disappointed. Less time for him to wow us with his depth in this subject...
Now, now.
Lets be nice...ha.
Hee!... sorry...
I’m just not thrilled with any of the candidates!
:/
Republicans should have stayed away from any MSM debates.
There goes the Cain-hating HotAir.com lying again. When did Cain commit a Perry-style gaffe? Cain has surged into the lead based on his excellent debate performances. HotAir.com should just endorse Romney already and stop this nonsense.

Why start now?
I thought 1 hour was kind of a strange listing in TVGuide.com, considering the subject of the debate and the number of participants.
It does seem rather ridiculous for them cut away to their website for the final half hour to run a program rerun.
That is what the Republicans get for wasting their time with “See B.S.”
I’m not for Cain, but I agree..... ridiculous statement. ....and WHO exactly is tuning in to see if Newt goes after Romney?? Newt has made it clear ihe isn’t going to be “attacking” any Republicans.

If I were a GOP candidate, I would take the opportunity to elevate myself by challenging Mister Obama on perhaps his most very vulnerable point. (The economy comes close, but that's not it.)
To wit- - Candidate: I challenge President Obama to release 100 percent of his official collegiate transcripts, changing nothing and leaving nothing out.
To make the challenge valid, of course, the GOPers will need to release all of their records .

Tell them—there’s still time to change their mind. Not that I expect they will, but they should hear of our displeasure.
Rick Perry sounds like the drunk at the town meeting in the movie Blazzing Saddles
Newt was hitting home runs again. Got a couple of standing “O’s”.
The networks will helpfully edit out the 10 second clips of participants stammering, farting or getting tongue tied and replay those clips endlessly as a representation of the content of the entire debate.
Yep and they pulled the bandwith too.
