Perry would have to remember to look at it. I'm not convinced he could pull that off.
I thought Perry got back in the race this evening.
Cain was good on his feet.
Newt smacked down the liberal partisan posing as moderator.
I liked that part a lot. Why is the GOP having debates moderated by flaming leftists?
cbs moderators were awkward the entire eve. They blew it.
There must be listening courses at your local community college. Take one.
You can attack Perry for saying ‘Russia’, when he should have said ‘the Soviet Union’, but he DID NOT say ‘China’ instead of what he actually said and you misinterpreted!

Good assessment, I think. Cain was embarrassing to watch, and Paul, Huntsman and Santorum should just stop cluttering up the stage.
Bachmann was pretty good on a couple of things and her presentation has improved; I could see her in a Cabinet position, as you suggest, because she seems to get the big picture but at the same time she knows the details. Even Romney, whom I do not like at all, seemed better; he is obviously trying to sound more conservative, which is probably not to be believed, but at least he had coherent answers for the questions. Perry did surprisingly well, although I didn’t need the occasional campaign pitches he interjected. Gingrich, on the other hand, was excellent all the way through. Really excellent.
Cain supporter. Still am, even if he didn’t have a “moment” this debate. Most of his answers were good and measured. His foreign policy will be strong and pro-American and not subject to social whims.
And he was (dare I use the word?) bold to be the first one to support water boarding. Good for him!
Thought perry did much, much better tonight. Newt was good as well. Mitt was mitt.
Agree on Newt...way ahead of the pack. Paul is a libertarian so why is he in the gop debate? Huntsman should get out and take Bachman with him. PS YOU forgot Santorum? but so does everyone else...poor guy.
Yep, the 1% - 5% are taking time away from the real contenders.
Worst debate yet! Moderator stank bigtime. Asks complicated questions, incendiary questions, and wants sound bites in return. Worse, the idiot question: What would you do, as president, if terrorists were found to have nukes? Waiting for someone to say Duh! I’d shift a brick! Who wouldn’t?
And that’s all they’d have time to say.
Conclusion: Cain had low expectations here on foreign policy, and didn’t look too bad. Romney and Gingrich have done the most homework. Santorum made no sense, and I liked him up to now. Perry got snarks even from Lindsay Graham, but he did fine. Bachmann is looking better. I still have no use for Huntsman or Paul. Despite the subject matter and the opportunities it afforded, nobody did exceptionally well or exceptionally badly.
