Savage asked him the question - if another candidate beat him, could he be a vp? Cain said his agenda would have to blend with whoever the president was - then he went on to say he couldn’t be vp for Romney as he didn’t support the 59 point plan and couldn’t go across the country promoting that.

After the answer to that question, Savage asked him which government department would he like to head? Cain said Sec. of Defense.
