It further says that Chavez only wants low doses of chemo so he can continue working, something his doctors say is suicidal. Also, the cancer has metastized to the bones and that isn't even being treated.

Even a dictator can’t cheat death. It’s important to keep things in perspective in life.
I used to watch moths fly into the back porch light and think how terrible it was that they went through metamorphosis only to be able to live and fly for such a short time. Now I understand that we are not much different in terms of the time we have. Important not to waste it.
