November 9, 2011Herman Cain has spent his life living and working all over the country -- Indiana, Georgia, Minnesota, Nebraska, Kansas, Washington, D.C. -- but never in Chicago.
So it's curious that all the sexual harassment allegations against Cain emanate from Chicago: home of the Daley machine and Obama consigliere David Axelrod.
Suspicions had already fallen on Sheila O'Grady, who is close with David Axelrod and went straight from being former Chicago mayor Richard M. Daley's chief of staff to president of the Illinois Restaurant Association (IRA), as being the person who dug up Herman Cain's personnel records from the National Restaurant Association (NRA).
The Daley-controlled IRA works hand-in-glove with the NRA. And strangely enough, Cain's short, three-year tenure at the NRA is evidently the only period in his decades-long career during which he's alleged to have been a sexual predator.
After O'Grady's name surfaced in connection with the miraculous appearance of Cain's personnel files from the NRA, she issued a Clintonesque denial of any involvement in producing them -- by vigorously denying that she knew Cain when he was at the NRA. (Duh.)
And now, after a week of conservative eye-rolling over unspecified, anonymous accusations against Cain, we've suddenly got very specific sexual assault allegations from an all-new accuser out of ... Chicago.
Herman Cain has never lived in Chicago. But you know who has? David Axelrod! And guess who lived in Axelrod's very building? Right again: Cain's latest accuser, Sharon Bialek.
Bialek's accusations were certainly specific. But they also demonstrated why anonymous accusations are worthless.
Within 24 hours of Bialek's press conference, friends and acquaintances of hers stepped forward to say that she's a "gold-digger," that she was constantly in financial trouble -- having filed for personal bankruptcy twice -- and, of course, that she had lived in Axelrod's apartment building at 505 North Lake Shore Drive, where, she admits, she knew the man The New York Times calls Obama's "hired muscle."
The words of the Church Lady come to mind- “How CONVENIENT!!!”
"Yeah, we got a word for that kinda odd in English, it's called 'suspicious.'"

They better get busy. "Big Love" crashed in the spring and "Sister Wives" is losing their audience (series low 0.7 last weekend). Nobody cares.
Ann’s right on the button with her analysis - but she could have added that Obama used a similar approach in his first successful election as well (to the Illinois state legislature).
From a report on Obama during the 2008 election:
“But when it came time to run for office, he [Obama] employed Chicago rules to invalidate the voting petition signatures of three of his challengers.
“The move denied each of them, including incumbent Alice Palmer, a longtime Chicago activist, a place on the ballot. It cleared the way for Obama to run unopposed on the Democratic ticket in a heavily Democrat district.
“That was Chicago politics,” said John Kass, a veteran Chicago Tribune columnist. “Knock out your opposition, challenge their petitions, destroy your enemy, right? It is how Barack Obama destroyed his enemies back in 1996 that conflicts with his message today. He may have gotten his start registering thousands of voters. But in that first race, he made sure voters had just one choice.”
I agree. They are ready to paint him as the Republican Dukakis. I’ve already heard that one thrown around. I agree that they wanted Cain out of the way now to clear the way for the Romney nomination.
Now here’s one that just defies reality: If, as I suggested in another thread, someone used the FOIA to procure that Cain’s supposed Two-Buck Chuck $800 dinner tab from USAID, the request would go to OIG — WHERE KAREN KRUSHWHORE WORKS IN THE PRESS COMMUNICATIONS DEPARTMENT. She could quite possibly be in charge of vetting any such FOIA release.
This is a minor point, but I would like to read some informed comment on the “$400 bottles of wine”. Are these Egyptian dollars? What was the exchange rate at the time? I’m not wise to the ways of luxury dining, but even in strip clubs on The Block in Baltimore, the champagne was less than $50.
Disappointed? I am absolutely furious. Every last one of them can go straight to hell. It's no wonder that Republicans can't hold on to power. Time and time again, they allow the left to define the debate, set the rules, and then wonder why they get their butts kicked in. Herman Cain has been a breath of fresh air - a Republican who refuses to be enslaved by standards placed upon him by the left - standards which they do not follow themselves.

Ann Coulter has done more to expose Obama and his corruption than the angry crankettes that spew their hate towards conservatives here at FR will ever do.
I always learn something new when Coulter puts out a column.
Oh and BTW it is the cranks here that make it the only issue.
Most of us are aware of a lot more of Obama's peccadilloes than just his sham of a birth.

How about and article on Larry Sinclair, the murdered Lieutenant Quarles Harris, the forgeries, the multiple social security numbers, the fake selective service registration, the non-existent attendance at Columbia.

If I recall correctly there was a report that Axelrod was/is a not to distant descendant from the family of one of the Russian Bolsheviks involved in the overthrow of the Russian Czar; Trotsky I think? His family root name is not Axelrod. Axelrod’s family are known communists. This information jibes with the story in American Free Press in 2009 of a Fresno businessman(I have a printed copy) being told and surprised in 1992 at a dinner party by the wife of the host, she being an avid communist, that a black man of a Kenya father and named Barack was being groomed for and would be POTUSA and he is one of us. I would have thought that that there was enough journalistic talent to do some research on this connection. It is known that from the days of WWII international communism/socialism the USA is still infested by these people.
Read the Coulter article, but not this whole thread. My opinion re Sharon “look at my big boobs everyone” Bialek...At worst he made a pass, was rebuffed, and stopped. That is not sexual harassment...if he didnt stop and persisted that MAY be construed as harassment! but he stopped (says she)
