The Texas Dept. of Public Safety will not revoke or suspend the license of a handgun instructor who ran a radio ad telling Muslims and non-Christian Arabs that he would not teach them how to handle a firearm.
The DPS statement said Crockett Keller affirmed that he would not refuse handgun instruction “to anyone based on national origin, race or religion.”
The state agency declined to provide any further comment.
Keller gained national attention for the ad that ran on a country music station about 100 miles west of Austin.
“I have no regrets,” he said. “I’m not a mean individual – not to say that occasionally I’ll get a little bit saucy or crude with my language.”
Nevertheless, he said he considers Muslims “our enemy” and he said they aren’t the only ones not welcomed at his handgun class.
“If you are a socialist liberal and/or voted for the current campaigner-in-chef, please do not take this class,” he says in the ad that went viral on YouTube. “You’ve already proven that you cannot make a knowledgeable and prudent decision as required under law.”
Crockett ended his ad with an attack on Muslims.
“Also, if you are a non-Christian Arab or Muslim, I will not teach you this class,” he says. “Once again, with no shame, I am Crockett Keller.”

Good for Mr Keller. Any business reserves the right to turn away potential customers.
It’s not within the states power to punish someone for hsvong beliefs.

Sorry. Not true. They ought to be able to. But it has been illegal for about half a century now to discriminate on creed/color since the Civil Rights Act was pushed through by Republicans.

PUNISH?
Punishment could have been the following:
State law allows Texans of all religions to have firearms and to obtain a concealed-handgun license, as long as they take a certified course and pass a test. DPS officials earlier said the law bars CHL instructors from denying instruction “on the basis of race, ethnicity or religion.”
Instructors who run afoul of those rules face possible suspension or revocation, officials said.
I agree with this man... ever since 9/11. Hell no... I will NEVER forget... 53% of voting Americans put one of these satanic demons in the White House.

Islam is not a religion. It is a political belief and system shrouded in a thin veil of religion.
It should be treated as such. Nazism was not as great a threat as islam is, right now.

I do fear he will be haunted by Holder, but his statements were dead on.

He dd not refuse to teah thse people he only asked them not to take the class, as for Muslims they are not interested in Mr. Kellers classes anyway they only want to learn to make bombs, and how to throw stones at innocent women who were raped.
It’s not within the LEGITIMATE powers of government to punish somone for having beliefs but apparently it’s within their usurped powers.

Unfortunately, it looks like Mr. Keller backed down, and only kept his license because he agreed not to turn Muslims away (despite what he said in his ad).
Keller should be given a medal.
Eric 'My People' Holder will sic every agency in the DOJ on him. The BATF will go back to his Elementary School 'permanent record' looking for anything and everything to use against him. (Oh. So you one pulled Sally Jennings pig-tales. Well cowboy, that's 'Violence against Women' and we're prosecuting!)
And Big Sis, Janet 'Butch' Nappy will have the DHS on him like flies on poop. Just for the heck of it, she'll send 20 TSA 'agents' with a box of rubber gloves to 'inspect him for drug smuggling'. Not to mention IRS audits going back to when he was eighteen years old .
His only way out of it will be to convert to Islam.(/s)
