It’s that sixth picture down, right? The one with her (whoever she is) chin resting on her folded hands? Someone today used that and represented it to be a picture of Bielek, but I can’t remember who or where it was. Do you know?
After dinner, why would both of them get into the same car? Was she so drunk that he decided to safely drive her to her hotel? If that's the case then,I'd say,she was all over him, not the other way around.
Thank you for saying that... IMHO, it is an accuser like this that makes things infinitely harder for REAL victims to speak up, or even report things going on.

She somehow connects herself to liberal muckraker Gloria Allred to hurl an accusation about something that "happened" 15 years ago that was neither sexual harassment nor assault. VERY poor choice of words - he was “dazzled” by the press conference? I’m sorry, but if my daughter all of a sudden showed up on camera professing to have been sexually assaulted I would be DEVASTATED - even if she WAS an adult. I would also be asking her why she didn’t come to me, or even tell me once she decided to go public! I would be so incredibly upset that she endured something like that, not to mention ANGRY at the man who (allegedly) perpetrated this crime against her! I wouldn’t be “dazzled” by it all, much less would I be giving out interviews to the press.
Then his comment about having numerous jobs, and “some problems”, but then claims he doesn’t want to get “too personal”??? Seriously? She already passed the “personal” line when she came out publicly giving detail as to what allegedly happened. Granted, it’s not the father’s job to comment, or reveal any information about her, but perhaps if he even KNEW of this allegedly happening he would have already known he shouldn’t answer questions from the media. (Can’t believe Allred didn’t mention THAT to her client! But, then who says Gloria cares what happens to this woman as long as she destroys a conservative...).
Just a quick comment, slightly off-topic... Whenever I see Bill Curtis’ name on something I hear it said in his voice (I grew up outside Chicago, and have heard SO MANY of his broadcasts over the years! I definitely heard the quote you put up in his voice, and he’s definitely got some major dirt on this woman...

As previous posters have pointed out, there is no party designation for any voters in IL, except for people involved in the election process, and you just tell the pollworkers which party's ballots you wish to vote on when it's a primary election.
If this person has been living in another town for several years, then why wouldn't she have re-registered at the new address? She obviously wouldn't drive way back into Chicago to vote (39 miles, 1 hour), which could be a violation of state election law anyway (voting in a precinct where you don't live).

OK - I stand corrected. Experimented on the sofa last night with my wife. (No actual oral sex involved - I’m married, nyuck, nyuck.)
If the car was small enough - or the two people are sitting close enough together - it is possible to get both hands in position. You need to have the right arm bent, though. That is key. Even then, you have to make a serious stretch with the left arm to get it to the head *and* you wind up grabbing the woman’s head in a MOST non-seductive way.
But it’s possible.
More plausible is that it would be done in a one-two sequence with the right hand only. This brings into question why the woman would not object on step one? How does a man who willingly stops when asked - and willingly drives a woman directly back to the hotel with no further attempt at seduction - get to step two if the woman objects at step one?

You are proving my point.. His name is mentioned, and 50k was paid out.. Had he covered the basics and hired someone to do opposition research on himself out of the gate he would have known about this and been prepared to answer it.
You want to run for President, and be in a national campaign, you damned well should know what skeletons are out there before you start.. This guy didn’t, because honestly he’s not up to par IMHO. The idea that INEXPERIENCE is an asset is abjectly mind numbingly foolish.
This guys flailing over something he should have known about, and in spite of being completely softballed by Newt in the one on one he still looked like complete amateur hour to me.
I just don’t see anything here with this guy other than what certain folks are PROJECTING on him hoping he will be, and like Obama before him, its just not there. He’s an affable enough guy, but he’s not shown me anything that makes me think he’s ready for prime time.
This guy IMHO is going to be evicerated if he becomes the nominee, we just can’t put up someone so naive and inexperienced, this election should be a slam dunk for the republican party, but with the way this guys campaign to date has been run and handling things its obvious he’ll be behind the 8 ball before the convention should he be the nominee and never get out from behind it.

Look, you can not like it all you want, but end of the day, Money was paid out to at least one woman mentioning Cain’s behavoir, and he should have known about it, and should have been ready to answer it.. he didn’t.
I am being objective, I’m being very objective, I am not letting my political world view blind me from the realities of the situation.
You can’t just claim its a political witch hunt to destroy Cain, could it be? Sure it could... Could it be the guy engaged in some less than reputable behavior? it could be that too. That’s the thing about these sorts of things, they often boil down to he said/she said.. unfortunately for Cain he handled it piss poorly and exacerbated his own problems.
Whether any of these allegations are true or not, the handling of the situation by this man and those around him has been TERRIBLE! While making a joke on Twitter about Gloria might win you points with some uber conservative base, its going to make you look like a callous ass to the casual observer (swing voter/moderate).. Being accused of demanding sex for a job is not a trivial or laughing matter, and I’ve had enough of presidential candidates giving the bird to their opponents trying to act like they are cool.
Its bad enough the guy was caught completely off guard, when his name was part of a payout to a woman.. Its bad enough he flailed for 2 days about it, and its bad enough he came out accusing someone else who had nothing to do with it only to backtrack.. those are all examples of just how out of his league this guy is, those are bad enough to me. I won’t put a neophite in office, we can’t afford one after the current one. Then add to this, what I view as a flippant attitude now, because he’s decided its over (sorry Cain its not over, and its not likely to be over, whether you decide you want it to be or not, because you have handled this so utterly poorly)
Do you honestly think the republican candidate is not going to face this or worse in the general election??? This year should be an automatic for the Repubilcan candidate, but if we put up someone so completely naive and inexperienced he’s going to be turning what should be a 1972 into an 1940 at BEST.

Lots of people have their hearts in the right place, and accomplish ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Having “good intentions” is not going to pay the piper, and more often than not going to cause more problems.
INEXEPRIENCE is NEVER a valid argument for someone to get a job.
Go pick up your newspaper, or craigslist or go to Monster.com or whever, do you ever see a job where “NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED” paid better than a job that required it? Go count the ads, and tell me, other than entry level sales positions, how many ads even state “NO EXPERIENCE NECCESSARY”???
There is a reason experienced folks are sought out for positions and are better rewarded for them than inexperienced.. To think that Politics for some reason should be the counter example to every other job in the world is insanity!
You go find yourself a kid with no experience with a good hear, and hand him the CEO position of GE.. and then tell me a year later how it was a good move.

I know everyone wants a Reagan, but there isn’t one this election cycle, and Cain sure as hell not even close. Reagan had years of governmental executive experience and DECADES of conservative thought, writing and action prior to going to being elected in 1980!
He didn’t just show up, say a few things folks wanted to hear, and they all went “awe, his hearts in the right place”.
THINK!!! We already have a romper room administration, and they’ve created a mess that will take decades to clean up, and we can’t afford a neophite to follow the current one up, no matter how “good of a heart” you think he has.
The argument that he’s inexperienced in government is a good thing when wanting to be the head of the executive arm of our governent is flat out idiotic on its face.
You aren’t hiring someone to shovel the snow off your walk, where if that 8 year old doesn’t do a good job it’s okay.. because his hearts in the right place. This job has nuclear consequences, both figuratively and literally to the entire world, and someone with no governmental experience at all, is not a selling point for you getting the job.
